I have been to this location several times in an attempt to purchase my kids school uniform. They have in store shopping but each time Ive been here Ive waited 2 hours or more outside in a line that barely moves. The staff isnt trained or prepared to handle adults or the COVID19 situation. When someone does come out to help they give appointments to people waiting at the back of the line instead of following the order of the line. Someone open a shop thats better than this store!
Unfortunately, this store holds the monopoly on private school uniforms in the area and we have no other choice. Items remain backordered for months even though the school year has already started! It is impossible to contact anyone at the store in order to get any answers. The physical store is closed and appointments are hard to schedule. Calls automatically roll to voice mail, but their voicemail inbox is full. They don’t even answer the emails sent to them through the customer inquiry form on their web site.Merry Mart has taken our money and it has provided only a partial shipment and appalling customer service. We are compelled to buy the missing items from our school. This whole experience leaves us wondering why Merry Mart is still in business given the numerous complaints. We are also wondering why so many schools continue to be associated with it as it provides such bad customer service and it is unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
Worst. Store. Ever. I placed an order over three months ago for my kids school uniforms, and still dont have most of the items. Tried calling -- no one ever answers, and most of the time voicemail is full. Tried emailing -- no response. Tried their online contact page -- no response. Unfortunately theres currently no other place to get the school uniforms, but I will be encouraging my school to look for another vendor for next year.
Worst store ever! The only store that carries my daughters uniform and they could care less about our business. I walked in and 5 teenagers who worked there were standing around doing nothing. They told me I needed an appointment, which they said I couldnt get until October. Seriously, 5 people standing around and they couldnt help me. So, I went home and ordered online. My receipt said my order would ship in 3-5 business days its been over two weeks and nothing. I tried calling and got a voicemail, which was full and wouldnt allow me to leave a message. Merry Mart is really expensive so you would think they would at least try and provide descent customer service.
Very bad experience. Called them several times during their business hours. No one picked up the phone, and the voice mail box was full. Would never recommend and shop here if it’s not designated by the school.
This is the only place to get uniforms for private school and they never have enough for everyone and it says they are open but you have to make an appointment or wait along time. I do give them higher rating on returns which they do a good job at that.

I am so frustrated with this place. I ordered my daughters uniforms in early August and still do not have it. This is not the first time either. All private school parents should protest and let their schools know. Time for a change!
Understaffed. With no local competition its like the PG&E of school uniforms. The wbsite is not up to date, and their customer service line is never answered and voicemail is always full.
Went to buy my daughter her uniform and found out that you need to make an appointment.
I remember as a kid going into the store the only place my mom ever bought our clothes she knew the owner very well the best store around my mom’s name was Kathy bunch
Except for the fact that it was packed due to 20%off purchse, and took a while to go through checkout, employees were very nice and helpful. It was our first time buying there, and staff explained all the pieces we needed for our uniform. What they didnt have, the cashier put the order in for us with the discount. If you know what you need and sizes, I would just order online when sale is going on.
We were able to go in and get what we needed within 15 min, even though we waited until the day before school started to by one last skirt.Also it was refreshing to see young adults working behind the registers and on the sales floor that were polite and werent on their cell phones.Thank you gentlemen !!
Helpful staff. Good selection. No frills. Quality. You get what you pay for. Great new murals outside. I guess those could be frills.
Be prepared for chaos! I went to get short sleeved logo shirts. There were none on the floor room so I went to customer service. The store was packed and there was only one customer service person and two cashiers. I told him what I was looking for and he came back with the total opposite. Then said oh, I dont think we have that in the back.. To which I responded you dont think you... He was flustered and said hed check and came back and said he couldnt find any and to order it online. I then purchased one plain short sleeve shirt, because thats all they had in the size I needed. What should have taken, at the most, 30 mins. turned out to be 1 hr 20 mins for one shirt. They should be more prepared for the busiest time of the year for school uniforms.

Too pricey. If there was a better and affordable school uniforms shop, Id go there. They charge champion branded uniform and unknown/unheard labels the same.

Absolutely horrendous !I ordered on July 1st and it’s august 8th today, I still haven’t received school uniforms for my daughter. Moreover they cannot provide an eta for when uniforms will be available. How can any school go with such a horrible, unprofessional tardy and fundamentally corrupt organization? I suspect there being some under-the-table dealings with schools to secure their status as the sole supplier of uniformsOh and the prices are jacked up 3 times at least for run of the mill quality stuff they are getting from Honduras and Bangladesh !I would give them minus 5 stars if I could

I love coming here to get my uniforms its very organized and great staff. Prices are a bit hefty but its worth the quality

They have a very assortment, but terrible organization and customer service, they only attend with appointments, online there are appointments available until September (one month after entering the school) a comfortable schedule of 11 a.m. At 5 p.m., very long lines because people who are arriving and do not have an appointment have to wait to be POSSIBLE MIND attended, if you want to go, go prepared with a chair
I ordered the uniform online, and it has been more than a month and it has not arrived and I try the customer service does not work they do not answer ... everything was available and appointments have up to a month later and I can not even ask for a refund
