One of my new favorite stores. Never knew there was an O+F nearby, I always used to shop on their website. The clothing is minimalistic and pretty. Now I could visit the store in person; so convenient!

LOVE this store!! I just found it because it opened about four months ago but I LOVE it!!! Its literally my minimalistic meets vintage dream!!!! The prices are great and the customer service made me feel sooooo welcome!! Definitely shopping here again!!

I had a return plus did some shopping a few days ago and was assisted by Jay. He provided the utmost customer service, extremely professional and he had a great personality. I’m a long time shopper of O & F so most of the associates are pretty awesome but this guy just made me feel important so thanks Jay!!! :-)

Worst customer service. I’ve been a customer for a few years. I recently went into the store at Westfield valley fair. The sale person named Jay’s attitude should not be in the customer service feel. If your customers aren’t satisfied with their purchases and it’s within the return policy permits, you follow your company’s policy. Don’t act like you want to kick your customer out of the store because they simply wanted to exchange something. It’s unacceptable.
