I recently visited the Versace store this afternoon to purchase sunglasses. I was welcomed and treated with respect. Ben took my telephone call and Victor who was most helpful and knowledgeable about the product! Hally served me the first visit with my earrings such a polite employee. Thank you Versace Santa Clara

I had a great first time experience at the Versace 🐍 store located at Valley Fair mall. The floor representative Hally Lopes 🥰 was wonderful and very respectful ❤ she attended to all my needs and gave me the best customer service anyone can ask for. When shopping or visiting the Versace store please make sure Hally Lopes is working otherwise leave and come back when shes on shift.

The place to go if you are looking for genuine Versace . The selections are very limited though. The sales lady names Katherine was very attentive and professional. I went in for the vitello belt but they do not have it in my size.

I went into the store knowing what I was going to buy only to get treated horribly by the lady who works there, I was looking at some sunglasses and I was told to maybe check out sunglass hut as if I didnt have enough money to buy a pair, I proceeded to not buy anything after that because I was so mad that I basically got told yea I know you arent gonna buy anything so just leave, horrible service you should be nice to whoever walks in I didnt buy just for this reason
