This is ridiculous look at this at 2pm(pet) ppl waiting in line and only 1 cashier!!! This is unbelievable in calif.i come from Oklahoma at least overthere you dont have to go thru this.

Great for low-cost trinkets or items you will dispose of in a short amount of time. Nothing is better than finding the same items from other big lot stores, but paying just $1 for it.The store is large, and a little hard to navigate, but spend your time in the aisles and dig through the treasures they have, I bet you will find some gems in there.After all, its one dollar, even if you have buyers remorse afterwards.

What can I say... well quite a bit.. a dollar store IA hopefully more than a lot of cheap goods selling for a dollar. In that way DOLLAR TREE will not disappoint. It is full of goods that are a dollar, an barely worth a dollar. You can find a few deals. But you will have to walk the store... please to save a little patience for the check-out. That can be a another trail. Because you saw it once, do not expect to see it again. From on location too a another, can be night to day. But what the heck you need a little disappoint in your life.

Very nice Dollar Tree store! I was waiting for my sister at the DMV on Flora Vista, she said go shopping while you wait for me! Boy I was so glad I did! It is a very clean and well stocked store! It doesnt charge the .25 cents for the shopping cart use (even though you get the .25 cents back). But they dont allow the cart to leave the store!!! Yikes!! I didnt know that until I checked out with my 2 full bags!! At least I parked close. Friendly staff too.

The wait in line was long. And an employee went off on a customer. Couldnt tell what the customer said but the response was totally inappropriate.

Its really great, theres nothing that I couldnt find in dollar tree, games, decoration, party related things, candles, crockery set, hair clips, kitchen stuff, bathroom related all the stuffs, cards, candles, beach slipper- basically everything we could get in $1

The dollar tree is great for all your party needs like balloons, invites or decorations. They also have a great selection of items when its 4th of July, Halloween, or Christmas. Thats usually all we come for.

Whenever I call to check any availability of an item. They take time to check and respond so well.Very impressive

The associates and many customers have been sitting and waiting for the manager to show. They were supposed to open at 8am and it’s currently 8:40. I’m not much of an impatient person considering the fact that I’ve worked in retail, but I start work at 9 and it would be way more convenient to go to the dollar store then paying 5.99 for the same items at rite aid. It’s pretty unprofessional of the manager to be so late and it seems as though they’re not answering any calls. The associates are very nice and considerate and they’ve informed all the customers that the manager hasn’t gotten to the store just yet. Hopefully the manager comes soon so I can go on my lunch break since this is the most convenient store for me location wise and price wise.

Found a few unexpected items but overall it was a good experience. As part of a franchise, you should find similar items in most stores. The store was clean and I was quickly able to locate most of the items on my list. The gift bags, kitchen utensils, dishes, and balloons are all great deals. Great place to stock up on snacks and candy. They also had lots of vegan/plant based food options

Great deals for even better prices. I dont know if they have speakers everywhere but it felt like I could hear almost everyo in the store. Unless they were lost. I kept hearing a familiar voice saying find me, nothing for me. But I think that voice is just denial either way I hear it. Lost to another or lost in another.I hope you find your way home.

I Love Dollar Tree stores ! Great prices everything for a dollar you cant beat that !! I like buying their stuff especially their candles,kitchen accessories and soap for the bathroom and kitchen and plants !

Worst Dollar Tree in area. The shelves are always half empty, items are falling off the shelves, the floors are dirty and littered. Parking is usually difficult. Although we live nearby, we have stopped going here. The Sunnyvale and Campbell stores are cleaner and well stocked. D T corporate is shooting themselves in the foot with their pay shopping carts. I will not search in my purse for a quarter, too much hassle.

Parking problem during weekends and evenings. Since everything is $1, cant expect great quality, but many products are worth the money.

Its realtively small, but has a wide variety. The problem is everytime I go, I see a lot of empty shelves. People definitely empty it out quickly.

If you looking for cheap season decorations, this is your place, I love seasonal deco here!!!If you love craft stuffs this place has all that you need, its sometimes works but others has a really bad quality.Sometimes the stuffs here dont have good quality, for example I dont recommend buy tools here, the reason is One time my husband bought one Saw and was really dangerous, when he used its broken and hurt his hand.Other time I bought a measured tape tool, and its came really sharp I couldnt use it and threw it in the garbage.

Not sure if its due to the location or reduced staffing levels caused by COVID-19 but this store is the messiest Dollar Tree Ive seen. Usually Dollar Tree stores are fairly organized and neat. Ill give them the benefit of doubt, maybe I caught them in the middle of reorganizing the store to get ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Staff is nice and helpful. It was my first time at this store, I guess I had that confused customer look on my face. I was looking for a candle to use as a wax source for sealing a cut on a lucky bamboo plant. Wow, what a bargain, you can buy a giant candle in a glass jar for one dollar. Amazing!

Good collection, but not all are $

Its a place where we can buy lots of essential items just for $1 each. Sometimes for some of the items we have to search in several stores and then end up spending several bucks for every individual item. For example automative phone charger. Dollar Tree can give a quick solution for this kind of problem.

Often this place doesnt have any stuff and they have very weird timings from other stores. I feel Everytime I cannot complete my shopping if I go here

This Dollar Tree is currently stocked on pretty everything except for, strangely, auto supplies. Witnessed a customer throw a tantrum as I was entering the store and the associates handled it very well. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

I just came to this store to buy some party things, there were a long line, so I asked the cashier if she could call for help, because its so hot in the store and we had musk on, but the cashier refused after I asked twice. The person who was behind me also asked same, and at very moment, the line up to 15 persons, and a guy walked out of office looked at the line, said if you dont like it, you dont have to come. And when I asked for the office business card, he refused to give it and said his name was sherlock Holmes. I walked outside the store, the person who was behind me had a word fight with someone in the store, they called police just because she said some tough words. I went back to ask for their Corp phone#, they told me to leave.This is a terrible service Ive ever seen in Dollar tree, and there are so many dollar stores around, find a friendly one.

This particular store was in Santa Clara. It was easy to find but in a small plaza so parking was at a premium, time wise. Everything was a dollar and I found items I didnt know I needed. They have a large assortment of everything from food, snax, plastic ware, cards etc. all for a buck apiece. The drawback is they are not brand names but reasonable facsimiles. The lines were short and well staffed. I was in and out in 20 minutes and happy with my purchases.

The one in Santa Clara has great girls on the check stands but the product is not out on the floor. I would say probably a third of the shelves are empty and it looks like the warehouse is full. It would be nice have more product on the floor

This place is lit af!!

First of all, theres a random person whos ignorant enough and academically mediocre enough to be spouting nonsense. Said person left a low review on this store because, according to them, the store charge the customers a quarter to use the shopping carts. However, if you just take 10 seconds to read the signs indicating and explaining their system, then you would easily comprehend their goal. You place a quarter into a slot on the cart to unlock it, and once youre finished with your shopping, you just lock the cart again and you get your quarter back. The system is really not complicated. This is just used as a way to maintain top quality of the carts without having them being trashed around or stolen. So I dont know about you, but I like my carts looking nice and fresh, and this is just the solution for it.

Long line no one wanted to help. Two other two girls didnt want to help. They just stood there watching the line get longer. What should of taken 5 minutes took 45 minutes.

Says they are open but door is locked lights are on no one is in the store the phone number online goes to a busy tone. This store is a joke their staff doesnt care.

Nice store with a variety of item, great selection. The cashier on the other hand was so rude. Rolled her eyes, i honestly felt terrible after that exchange. I attempted to be pleasant, but she was so rude, not welcoming, or friendly. I don’t think I will be going back she was so off putting, that exchange rained on my experience at this store. I don’t expect excellence customer service walking into a dollar tree, but I do expect employing to be at the very least decent, not rolling eyes and having an attitude with me when I didn’t do anything.

Dollar store is good but some items need to be organized. Washroom was very dirty.

This place is soooo cheap they charge you to use shopping carts. Yup thats right. You cant grab a shopping cart without depositing a quarter. Mind blown. Also they save money by not cleaning the floors. They havent swept in there in weeks.

Shopping at the Dollar Tree is like traveling to the far East without all the vaccinations. If youve never shopped a Dollar Tree before this on seems well kept and the stock in good order.

Its like any dollar store, has a good variety of selection. It was a bit messy and way under staffed but that might be due to the fact that its Christmas.

Store has everything you need from cleaning supplies to books, fall decoratiins, food and dish ware. The prices are very reasonable and employees are nice and helpful.

It was a very BAD experience. The cashier named Jana was very rude to customers. She talked to other cashiers during they were serving the customers and just let the customers wait there. She also warned kids without any reason in the broadcast. This was my first to see a cahier so unprofessional and so rude!
