The manual counters are mostly crowded.

Good place to shop but missing some essential items.

Unusually large Walmart Neighbor store, noticeably larger than the one near my home. Spacious asiles and fairly well stocked given the disruptions to the global supply chains caused by Covid-19. Its in the Mercado shopping mall, Walmart is in what used to be MicroCenter. To avoid fustration, enter the parking lot at the driveway closest to the Walmart end. When exiting, take the side exit and go around the back of the school to get back to Mission College and highway 101. Great deal on french bread 🍞, $1 a loaf.

I visit here two times a month. Prices are usually the lowest in my neighborhood. Only store in my area to carry many of the V8 juices. Customer service is always ready to help. Produce area looks good and attended to. Store is clean and employees are friendly!

So clean and spacious, hand sanitizers at the door. Prices are good compared to other grocery stores, most items were stocked. Self check out and self scanning was almost empty, didnt have to wait in line. Shopped early morning on a Saturday and the crowds were very acceptable.

I needed to do some grocery shopping during my stay in the Bay Area for the next few days, so I stopped by this neighborhood market & didnt regret.I usually like shopping at the neighborhood market for how convenient these stores are in terms of fresh produce.This particular store was surprisingly more organized and clean even late at night. The checkout process was super quick.Customarily, the shopping bags are free of cost where I live, however, in the Bay Area, I had to pay for the shopping bags nearly every time.#Day1

This a more medium size store compare to huge typical Walmart warehouse. I found it very convenient when you just want to buy the basics and also want to be in and out ASAP. I was able to find everything I was looking for, I went around 1:30pm on Thursday and it was great because the store wasnt crowded.

The pharmacy is terrific. Recently they decided that grocery self check-out has separate lanes instead of a single line feeding into all registers. Whoever did this has zero real world shopping experience.

Very busy place. Very large selection, full shelves, helpful staff if you have questions for where a item is.

I mostly go here for the pharmacy honestly, but this is still overall a great store. Prices are really good especially for brands that are usually more expensive at other stores (example: organic and gluten free brands). The staff at the pharmacy is the main reason I give 5 stars. They take really good care of you, and helped me way beyond what is generally expected. Thank you Santa Clara Walmart pharmacy staff.

The only store to shop at for groceries! Their delivery is quick; the food is well-prepared and arrives on time, usually within an hour or two. It was a very rewarding feeling coming from them. This shop comes highly recommended from me.

It was good until some kind of genius changed the self checkout from one line for all to one line for each. I always find myself stuck behind someone who doesnt know how use it properly or someone who really enjoys the moment of checking out. I will avoid it unless I have to

They have the better pricing for basic shelf pantry essentials. Produce is a hit or miss, sometimes it looks great, other times, not so much. Most of the time items are well stocked.Last visit I came with an hour to shop. I was shopping as quick as possible, waiting for the closing message to sound overhead, so I could go check out with what I had. The store closed at 11pm. It was 11:08 by the time I finished my shopping, i checked my phone and realized it was way past closing time. I rushed to the front, hoping there was still a register to checkout. There were lots of employees passing me by, most likely restocking on nite crew. Not a single person said anything to me about the store already being closed, until I get to the front and the manager pipes up real loud, Were closed. We closed at 11 oclock. I replied, Yes and I never heard your closing announcement. I was waiting to hear it so I could take whatever groceries I had check out. I wasnt trying to keep you longer on purpose. The manager quickly left the area and had the cashier finish assisting me. The cashier was nice.This is one of the few places I can get these prices, so I have to come back. Next time Ill try and use the self checkout instead.

A Tuesday afternoon 1:45 p.m. no shopping carts for customers to use in the store. But they have a half dozen or more filled with go backs and garbage sitting next to customer service. Ask a lady in customer service for shopping carts for customers I dont think she spoke or understand English. So I went outside and got my own like other customers were doing

It would be a good idea if youre going to have pallets on the main floor we should think of safety by putting cones or a caution tape and make sure that the aisles are not being blocked as well as no one getting hurt first time in your location and will not return. Ordered online, received notification order was ready, texted location of my parking spot, opened truck, groceries loaded by friendly employee!Couldnt be more simple!

Im back to shopping at Walmart because my car is fixed now I had to go to Safeway which is closer to my home and I home and their prices are ridiculous while Walmart always waste has reasonable prices even though theyve had to raise their prices not nearly as much as Safeway and they have really good sales too

Just like every other WalMart grocery store, but they understaff the register so you pretty much have to use the self checkout. Not the end of the world.

Very Nice, Clean, Organized.Had a Few things I never seen in a walmart before .For instince this witch hazel with rose water Good for Large pores and More .Nice set of 3 self check out lanesNever got a hello from staff then again I went at 6:30am so Im sure it was just to early.But came back at 11:30 still no hellos or smiles just got blank stare few times .Restrooms very clean .GOOD selection Fruites, Chips, Snacks, Frozen foods, Good maybe 8-10 Lanes of groceries Nice for Quick Stop not overly packed people .They have Halloween stuff out and candies .Nice sections of hygiene products from shampoos to pimple and winkle products, laundry supplies, Pet Treats some wet / dry Foods .I didnt see clothing or decoration stuff so just a quick walmart very nice .

I like this store because theyve got a very nice produce section, always well stocked, and the people I see working the produce section, are clean, and meticulous about setups, and its just very well organized. Thanks says alot to me. Attention to detail is a valuable trait to have, and the people, all the employees I have witnessed, seem to have the attention to detail,that is so important in retail, and groceries. I ran a farm at one point in my life, growing organics, and raising heritage turkeys. On my farm I built a produce stand right next to the main thoroughfare which went into this small town in Colorado. I always took great pleasure in presenting my wares, so, I notice how people treat, and display their produce. Food is medicine, and in my opinion should be treated with a bit of care....this Walmart seems to take care with their produce, and so, I for one, really appreciate that. Thanks yall.

I just left from there and my cashier REGINA was extremely rudely throwing my groceries down not bugging them and was more worried about watch the football game on her phone than help me. Understand you may be mad your missing the game but your job should be your priority!!!!!

As always a fine place to do my grocery shopping and when I forgot to being my mask and noticed the box by the door was empty a very professional employee (woman) kindly provided me with one. Thank You

Nice Walmart store. You can usually find what you need.

Produce quality isn’t great. Be prepared to wait in line for 30-45 minutes during busy times as they only have 2 cashiers.

The pros are that this store has the same brands and quality products that youve come to know and trust from Walmart. the cons are that stocking and ordering sometimes has some problems.

One time I bought a cereal box and didnt check the expiration date. It was a couple of months old. Other than that they keep the store pretty well stocked. The self check out line is super fast. I only use the clerks if have too many items. 😷

Covid-19 gear required and sanitation. Very busy. Need more assistance with customers. Over all friendly customer service.

I was in the self check out and item didnt have a clear bar code so the sales associate came and completely took over and made things really weird. Another clerk was looking at her like I was looking at her and I just didnt like how she was involving herself. Self check out... Hello...

I go shopping to this Walmart because I feel its a little cleaner than other Walmarts that Ive been to but my only concern is that theyre always short on items or not fully stocked. When you ask for help most of the answers that I get is whatever we have on the counters thats how we have. If your store merchants dont want to deal with your customers maybe they shouldnt be working there. I dont need to go in there and have someone give me an attitude when I ask him a question

Was charged a wrong price of the self check out counter and then None of the people at the registers knew how to make an adjustment and they refused to call any of Supervisors. After I raise my voice they called a supervisor and one of the ladies who had refused to help initially made the adjustments . The supervisor did say that she was going to take care of it by training the people on the floor and I hope it happens.

They get the job done ... good prices clean an neat. What more could you ask for...

I really love this Walmart Neighborhood, the most of the time they have everything that I have on my shopping list. Also a good point that this market is less crowded than the other bigger Walmarts.

Just what I needed... Food snacks

I wasnt a Walmart grocery shopper before COVID but find I shop there now because they have almost everything I need. Very happy with the hours, products & availability and prices. Very unhappy that they wont let me bring in my own bags but still charge me for plastic shopping bags (if theyre going to charge me I prefer paper bags). Sorry Walmart, thats just not right.

Pretty empty on Saturday mornings, they have some high demand cleaning supplies sometimes. Overall good experience

Very rude male worker cleaning the drink cabinet was rude to me when I kindly asked him if I could get through. The cashier was waiting for me to place my goods on the belt.He saw me waiting but continued to clean the glass. He got snappy with me as if I the customer was in his way.I didnt appreciate it and neither did my wife. Perhaps sending Walmart Employees to a Customer Service class would help?Should something like this occur again I will take my business elsewhere. I have never experienced this type of behavior at Wholefoods, Safeway, Sprouts. I just might have to rethink where I choose to shop in the very near future.Customer Service is KEY to any business big or small.....

Its good for quick grocery trips. Parking is always available, specially early morning trips are pretty smooth. Its close to my kids school, so I make atleast weekly trips for my groceries. Easy in, easy out :)

Always amazed by the streamlined experience of shopping at my local WM Neighborhood store. This has been especially a relief during the challenges associated with COVID. In my opinion the store has the best priced produce in South Bay.

“Security” was harassing a unhoused person

Unlike other Walmart, this Customer Service desk closes at 7pm instead of 8pm, no one can return anything after 7pm. The women work there so tricky claimed that it is their Head quarter closed the desk not them. How can that be true if all other Walmart still opening the return and pick up computer system???? Instead they open the counter selling cigarettes in the customer S desk but close the return or pick up counter Service

This Walmart has the stuff I normally order online but up to $1.50 cheaper per item!

Went on a road trip with hubby to this one since they were open late and we were desperate and we were not disappointed. A grocery store along with the Walmart necessities. No bells and whistles but its Walmart so... yes, they have it! Duh!!

Clean, following county and state health regulations, friendly staff, and easily the best prices on mass produced liquors and wines you can find, even if the selection is small.

Need bad customer service look no further you found your spot. The cashiers are nice but dont expect help from anyone else. Only reason I even gave it two stars is because you cant beat the prices here.

Theres a lot of parking, I love the fact that its a Walmart neighborhood so its not crowded. They usually have 2 or 3 registers open so sometimes you have to wait a little to pay (apart from self checkout).

We always go shopping after we had dinner so its close to closing time. The store has an awesome variety of items, at competitive prices. Checkout is always a nightmare because a single cashier tries to service a long line. I dont look forward to going in there.

This neighborhood market has most of the things you will require in day to day life. Vegetables are fresh, staff is super helpful and rates are reasonable. Hats off to ppl working there especially because of this Covid-19 situation.
