Gab was so helpful and found me the perfect salesperson, though I would have happily worked with anyone in the store, as they all greeted me when I walked in (not in an annoying/over-the-top salesperson way, which I hate) The friendly staff made for a welcoming experience, and everyone was really informative, and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. They were patient, explained things in a way I understood, and I left the store feeling really comfortable with and excited about my purchase! I truly enjoyed my experience and cant wait for my tread to come!
Husband & I tried to stop in to take a look at a bike while waiting for our table at King’s Fish. We read the signs on the door. It said walk ins welcome if occupancy permits. The occupancy limit was 18 & it was just 2 employees in there. I can tell they didn’t want to let us in. We said we wanted to take a look at a bike bc we were thinking of getting one. They then said they can’t do demos. We said it was fine. We just wanted to have a look & ask questions. I was also going to pick up some merchandise for my sister who has one, but the 2 employees legit didn’t want to let us in bc they said they were closing in 15 mins. Such terrible service. Honestly, I probably would’ve bought one tonight. I’ve already been thinking about it for months & just wanted to have a look. Now I’ll just order it online.Why have a store if you don’t want to let people in to look or even ask questions.
Beautiful showroom! Hannah C. provided us with exceptional customer service providing us comparisons from the Bike to Bike+ and ultimately us purchasing the Bike+! Cant wait to ride!!

Worst customer service. Being able to talk to someone in their showroom is impossible. Employers do not pick up the phone.
