These folks were very good. They were very professional in the ordering and the installation was incredibly well done, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Their Windows came in at a price almost 3x what some of the other competitors were offering so I didn’t end up going with CDW. The reason I’m writing this review, however, is because they won’t stop spamming me to give them a review. They have texted me at least 5 times since I have opted out and replied STOP to their marketing system. You wanted me to review you so badly, so here I am. Stop spamming people with your text messages. There is now a complaint filed with the California Attorney General’s office.

Great products and customers service. Very proactive with every question or if there are any issues. Overall, we are very happy and would recommend CDW windows to everyone.

The two workers did a fabulous and precise job. When they were here they worked nonstop.We absolutely love our windows.

I would have rated them a one star if it wasnt for the initial meeting with their sales person and the install of the first set of windows which was a good experience. However, the experience with getting the balance of my two French sliding windows was horrible. From the time of the original delivery date to the final install date took 8 weeks. There was no communication from the local sales person because she either left or was fired. I initiated all of the email and phone calls with the local office just trying to get any update on my two doors. Once I received the local GM info and was communicating with him (he was more responsive), I then received more delays week after week. Finally, after extreme frustration, I sent an email to their contact us page. I received no response after several days. I then called their main office in Los Angeles to speak to the owner. They said that they would leave a message for him. Magically, the local GM called me and said the install of the 2 windows would be done the following week. Again no email or phone call from the owner on an apology or anything. I am happy now with my two windows installed. Their accounting dept (who was very cordial and professional) called me today and told me that they wanted to confirm the final payment. I told her of my bad experience and she contacted the President. The best they could do was $100 off. Really? Quality of product I would rate a 9. Customer Experience is a 2. I would advise anyone that is considering CDW to definitely get multiple bids. Overall, I would have rated them a lot higher if they would have just had better communication and would have offered something better than a $100. To me that offer was a dont waste my time and go away.

Right from start from Steve then to Dennis then to Rob and Manny they were all awesome! Yes I there was some challenges on my window but I understand completely @ times all things don’t go exactly whats expected we are all Human and we strive to deliver best and expect same in return. The windows and doors far exceeded my expectations! I had all my windows/Doors replaced . The quality is amazing. The quietness of my home was unexpected, and welcome, especially on the Fourth of July. I was expecting to place all new window covering to block out heat/ cold. I never rehung the old window blinds and never ordered new ones. The installers were a team, Highly professional and completed the job in one day, I was told it would take 2 days! Great team all the way !

We secured three quotes for high efficiency windows, and chose to go with California Windows. We purchased 10 Windows, a Garden Window and French Doors to replace a slider. Besides GREAT Windows, in comparison to the others, CA Windows was: Better Value, less pressure, on-time and efficient installation, great financing options, and all-around great service.No borrows remorse here - We would definitely choose Ca Windows again!

We replaced two windows in my master bedroom that is facing the busy street. We love it!!! It is much quieter than before. The workmanship and the quality of the windows are superb! We are planning to replace the other windows as well.

Our experience with CDW has been nothing short of amazing! We live in a home built in 1906 and our windows are not traditional dimensions & design, so none of the many other familiar window/door companies could accommodate our requests (much to my wifes and my extreme frustration after sitting through multiple presentations). Then my wife contacted CDW and they responded immediately with assurances that they construct custom size windows, so they would be able to take good care of us. Sure enough, Dennis Gorgolinski came out and sat down with us to listen to our needs and provided the solution we had been praying for. A CDW team member came out that same week to take measurements and they went to work producing our windows. When the windows were ready, they scheduled a day to come out for install of the 2 large multi-frame/multi-pane picture windows in our living & dining rooms, along with a small bathroom window, that had a sliding panel to allow it be opened for the first time. Their install team was non-intrusive, clean and was finished in 1 day. In fact, my wife was babysitting our 3-yr old grandson and he was fascinated with the install work, so they were very patient answering his incessant questions during their install and worked quietly during his nap time. The finished product looks incredible to us and it has been echoed by many neighbors and friends complimentary comments, including many asking for CDWs info for their upcoming projects. Suffice it to say, we are extremely happy with CDWs work and actually are awaiting permit approval for another project that will involve more windows and a beautiful set of French doors. They also provided us with very favorable 24 mos interest-free financing that made these projects possible. The service was amazing and they installed my windows very quickly. I am very satisfied with their work.

Place of Install: Our home.CDW is primarily a replacement window shop.All went well and as promised. We had 29 windows (including a front arch window and rear Garden Window in kitchen; and a French door replacement). All of them went smoothly including the impressive french door (with its two side-doors that open sideways as well as vertically) system.The French door replacement: while the replacement does have some rooms for improvement (such as the lower edge protruding and external moldings not being vinyl weatherproof) this was a marvel in engineering and design. Even a mediocre installer would have a tough time messing it up.Garden Window: this is not actually manufactured by CDW. They outsource it. The result is that it does not take into account the nuances of the dimensions of the original Garden window and its surrounds. As a result it leaves much to the installers skillset) to design to shoe-horn in the outsourced window they brought. This was a huge mess in meshing the domensions; the cuts they made to the granite enmeshed with the window extension and resulting patch they had to make with the edges left a big chasam n expectations on what was promised at sales-time over what ended up happening. The net result was dissatisfactory from aesthetic standpoint; though I would admit it was protecting from weather and functional by and large.Thus, overall we are satisfied but for the above caveats.

This has been a terrible experience. For more than 2 years we have been trying to get California Deluxe Windows to fix our garden window which they incorrectly designed and installed. Do not hire them!

We are so very pleased with our NEW windows by California Deluxe Windows, San Jose. And, the staff and installers are great comfort to know that you are working with the best in the Window Industry in California.

Filled out the on-line form describing how many windows to be replaced and the type of windows. Selected a date and time for th eappointment, clicked the box that said to communicate via text as I was not in a position to answer phone calls.End result was I drove to the house in which the work was to be performed at the date and time I selected.and nobody was there.Called the company where I spoke with 3 different people who had a variety of explanations as to why nobody was going to meet with me. Got the standard run around and of course NOBODY wants to take any responsibility. Just the standard BS or how theyre sorry for the inconvenience and this why this that and the other didnt happen!!So Im out time and energy on my part and the are out nothing. Except of course for this review.The irony at the end is that they then asked me if I would like to now schedule and appointment? Youre kidding me right?This is the problem with these on-line promotional companies in which the right hand never communicates with the left.Bottom line, Ssave youself some time, energy and frustration and deal with a local company where at least you can get someone who you can hold accountable.

Called them to buy windows and they never called back. Went to the showroom, emailed my blueprints . Saw them on SJ expo asked to call me back - no luck. Called them multiple times still nothing. Don’t do business with this guys!

Painless and incredible experience. I would highly recommend them.
