If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are a scam company. I ordered a GPU in November 20. Its August 21 now and I still have not received the GPU. I know there was a shortage. But then then cancel the order on me without telling me and have not refunded me my money. Nor did they even offer to replace the product with something similar. Just took my money and ran. These people belong in jail.

Wait for it...yes worst customer service. If there is an award for best of the worst, there is no contest. In stock means shipping 60 days later, being very rude when contacted for help, offering a refund less original shipping and no return ship label. Im not sure if I can think of anything else that could have gone wrong and been handled with less class. They do not like their customers.

Bait and switch scams. Shipped me a completely different product that was cheaper and had a completely different item # and claimed correct item was shipped even after photo proof. They sent me an invoice and penalized me for 20% restocking fee even after telling them 3 times they shipped me wrong item. They refused to process return unless I sign a waiver to agree to the 20% restocking penalty for sending wrong item.This is illegal and fraudulent.Reply to owner:Ive already been dealing with P. Stevens for almost 2 weeks now back and forth sending pictures of the incorrect item shipped to me and what I ordered and 4 times now she has denied and said correct item was shipped and penalized me 20%, now the excuse is incorrect stock photo when even the item description is the same as photo. Again and again my problem has been denied and rejected even after Ive provided more than enough photo evidence to prove I was shipped something I didnt order.I paid $107 for an $88 case and $19 for Shipping.I was shipped the wrong item and CS replied back with an RMA invoice that would credit me $70 after 20% restock penalty. And thats not including the $19 I would have to pay to ship this back to them to get the credit.So after paying $107 I got the wrong item I did not order and would have spent $56 to have nothing but shipping and restocking penalty for merchant sending me wrong item.$56 spent for merchants mistake, no computer case, lots of frustration dealing with CS and time spent to ship it back.If this merchant was in any way decent, they would have sent me a shipping label to retrieve this item I did not order and refund me the full $107 I paid and an apology.

I was worried that this might be one of those websites where they advertise really low prices for items they dont have in stock, only to repeatedly delay your order and hope to bill you without ever sending anything. I can happily report thats not the case. I placed my order for an out-of-stock item on a Monday and it was shipped the following Thursday. Better than I expected. I think it was reasonable to wait 3 days for the item to ship in light of the fact that the price was so much lower than anywhere else. From the date I ordered, I received my item exactly one week later. Just be aware that you might need to wait a few days for your item to ship. My hunch is that they often dont have things in stock and they drop ship them, so there may be variable delays depending on who does the fulfillment. At least in my case, the delay was only a few days: well worth it considering how much lower the price was. Happy customer.

Horrible company. I would not recommend using unless you want to hand them money without getting what you ordered and then have to fight with them to try to get your money back. I placed an order with them in December 2018. They charged my card immediately, but THREE MONTHS LATER, I still had not received what I ordered or any communication whatsoever from Neobits. I found out that the manufacturer of the product I ordered went out of business and stopped production, so there was no way Neobits was ever going to be able to send me my order.I wrote to Neobits three months after my order was placed to request that they refund my money. NO RESPONSE! Four months after I originally placed my order, I called to request a refund. They were incredibly rude (talking over me, interrupting as I was trying to explain the situation), then said they would refund my credit card. I have yet to see the refund so we will see. I wouldn’t be surprised if I never see my $90 again.

My company had a urgent request and needed a item overnight. Without any problems I ordered online and then I had to request to have the order changed to overnight early am delivery. I received an email right away confirming my request and received tracking before the end of the day. Product arrived first thing in the morning. Customer Service and the Shipping department did a awesome job coordinating! Thank you!

After making an online order, I was called and asked a variety of questions on how and where I intended to use the products. I was then told I passed the test and could order from them moving forward. Beware this is a shady shady operation to say the least. It is one thing to verify that an order is legitimate and it is another thing to interrogate someone about where they live, where they plan to use the products, why they are purchasing them and so on. I bought a garden sprayer not a bunch of chemicals. Your rep was rude on the phone and kept laughing. I asked for the manager twice only to be disconnected.Please look at your other reviews, almost everybody left 1 *

Return policy is horrible. Ordered a part did not fit what i needed it for so had to return it. They want the package to be brand new and packaged the same as when you get it. Luckily that was not a problem. But to summarize everything. Ordered 2 parts 57.90 plus $20 S&H. First had to start the return process which is a form on their web page because they force you to make an account with them. Had to fill out a form thats sent through a different email and not pdf friendly and needs to be printed signed and then either faxed or emailed to them, then had to wait for approval, pay return shipping which was $11, then i get charged a restocking fee of about $11. So after everything is returned i got to pay $41 for nothing. Needless to say if you are going to order something from them Make 100% sure its what you want. Otherwise order it from somewhere else that has a better return policy.

I am an extremely satisfied customer.First, I spoke with Jay on their live chat to see if my product was in stock. It was! I ordered it and was excited that he said it would ship out the next day.I started growing concerned after reading all the negative ratings and immediately went back on the chat again. Jay answered and mentioned matter of factly, Yes we do have it in stock and the reviews do not reflect the reality. I was reassured of the order.It arrived within three business days and my crisis was averted! After reading both positive and negative reviews, I decided to place an order for an item that Neobits claimed to have in stock. I had tried to order this item from two other companies only to receive the wrong item from both companies, so I was skeptical. I called, spoke with salesperson who told me that I would only receive, part of the listing, just. happened to be the expensive broken part on my non-functioning headset. So, I went ahead and bought it. When it arrived, it had all the accessories in the box that the salesperson stated would not be included. It arrived in an acceptable time, and the price was quite low for the complete item. All in all, if I had spoken to a more informed salesperson or the web information would have been clear and complete, it would be five stars.

Horrible company. Ordered a solder bar. 1 bar is 5lbs. Charged my card, then recd an order exception email several days later requesting I increase my order to 5 units (25 lbs). Okayed that and my card was charged again. I received 1 bar of 5 lbs today. Emailed asking where the additional 4 bars were at since my card was charged for the additional amount after going around and around with the order exception email bot and was told that my original order of 1 was a unit, not a bar and units to them are single pounds even though its sold as a 5 lb bar. Really??? Even after confirming the additional bars with the order exception person.

Ordered an undercounted refrigerator and called to be sure it was in stock. While I had them on the phone I asked about shipping costs. Was given a price of $79.80. Ordered the product and the next day received an email saying it would be an additional $170 to ship the item. These people are unethical. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They would not even call me back when I asked why they cancelled my order. They just cancelled it. Will NEVER buy from this company - TERRIBLE customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered an undercounted fridge, got a written quote, gave them my credit card and got a receipt for payment in full. 2 days later they sent me an email asking for $170 more for additional shipping! I specifically spoke with a sales person prior to ordering who calculated the shipping and sent me a written quote with the shipping charges on it. This is a scam!! They are unethical and I would never buy from this company. I ordered from a much more honest company and paid the originally quoted price.

I didnt research it before, my mistake, they advertise one thing when I got it most of the components are not in the box, request a return on line, nothing happen for a week, I called it, still waiting on the warehouse to respond with the return authorization, couple days later send a return authorization invoice and they charge 20% re-stocking fee and I have to pay shipping. So you order what shows on the catalog, they send half of what you need, you dont need it, send it back, for a $143 item, it costed me around $60, because the miss represented the product. They assume no responsibility and Im out $60, GO FIGURE...

I ordered 3 APC units and they all showed up on time. Then I ordered two more a week later and the online webpage was wrong because they did not have the units in stock. I got a call the next day asking if if it would be alright to get them shipped to there warehouse then to me which would take longer. I said as long as you refund my 3 day shipping charge and still get them here as fast as possible. They agreed that would be fair. So far the company has been great to deal with. I have no experience with returns which seems to be the problem with others that have commented.All and all it seems to be a good company.

They are not an authorized Honeywell dealer but are selling the products. They cannot support the products should there be a problem. I bought a DVR that had software problems. Honeywell will not help me because I am an end user so I cant even download software from the Honeywell Web site.I had to return the DVR. Neobits charged me a $200 restock fee. I will never use this rip off company again. Buyer beware!

This is the worst company on the face of the Earth. I ordered an item in mid November and when it arrived about a week later, it was missing a part. So I called to return it. Thats where the trouble started. It took me a week just to get someone on the phone that could actually address the issue. From that point forward, it was nearly impossible to get any update or to get them to do ANYTHING. I sent numerous emails and made phone calls and left voice messages. If I was lucky, I would eventually get an email just saying they were still waiting on the manufacturer to confirm that the item was defective. This is ridiculous. They sold me the item, not the manufacturer. And right out of the box on day one, it was missing parts. YOU, NEOBITS, YOU should have immediately sent me return information instead of being useless and taking over a month to finally approve me to send this item back. At the end of the December (thats right, about 6 weeks later, I gave up on emailing and calling and just filed a PayPal dispute on the transaction. Even then, it took me another 2 1/2 weeks through PayPal to get my refund, and this was AFTER I had already returned the item to them and the tracking information showed that it was delivered back to them BEFORE CHRISTMAS. This is literally the most useless company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Im a very patient person but what this company did is completely ridiculous; there is no reason that you should string a customer along like that. Im sure what this is that they know many people will eventually just give up and not continue forward with calls, emails, etc., and they end up not having to deal with a return, etc. NEOBITS, you are USELESS. I truly hope that you people go out of business.

When amazon is providing free shipping to members and orders above $50, neobits is charging people for shipping BOTH ways on products returned AND a 20% re-stocknig fee. Even after calling the manufacturer as to why there is a re-stocking fee, they said that it is NEOBITS that charges it, not them.

I ordered a Samsung Keyboard for my tablet in the color bronze, and received a white one instead. When calling to resolve receiving the wrong color product, the representative on the phone was not understanding and was rude. Furthermore, after filling out the return authorization form on their website, it took over a week to receive any communication. They were not returning calls either. After finally receiving a return authorization number from them, I returned the product promptly. They received the returned product on August 15th. After they received the return package, I waited a few days and called their accounting department. The indicated that they indeed received the return package and that they would credit my credit card in a few days. However, another week passed, and finally, on September 1st, they provided an email saying they had received the return product. This was 15 days AFTER they had received the returned item. I did eventually get my refund. Now, I realize that every story has two sides, but I HIGHLY suggest BUYING FROM ANOTHER RETAILER if possible.Btw, the rating system they use (eKomi) on their website is moderated in such a way that they do not allow any negative reviews. The send all negative reviews through a mediation process. I have waited to post this review on Google to see how that process will play out, and all that has happened are messages that go to/from Neobits and myself. There was no actual mediator involved.

I ordered two items that were in stock and I even got an email that they shipped. A week later I emailed to ask when they would arrive. They then informed me that I had to order three more of the same item or they would cancel my order. I didnt want three additional items, so they cancelled my order. According to California law, it is illegal to require buying more items when there is no minimum quantity specified in the original ad or sales agreement. They did eventually give me a refund, but I will never do business with this company.

I canceled my order within 24 hour of make the purchase.(it was a mini DV/HD Smiley Face Camera $50 on Neobits and I found it for $18.90 at DHgate)I returned the un-opened box when it arrived.
