I would say they were courteous for a car lot selling cars. Hay there in the business of selling cars. I would recommend you do your home work and make them a fair realistic offer and they will accept. My experience was as good as could be expected. They homered everything I had asked. And i am happy with the car.
The people that work here are the nicest sells team I have ever encountered! The made the buying experience what its supposed to be. When you buy a car youre happy and thats what the whole experience was like. Ive bought other cars at other dealerships and sometimes the sells guys are pushy or treat you like youre wasting their time but not here! True! Honest! And willing to do whatever to make sure you get what youre looking for!
My advisor, Reggie is first rate. He takes the time to answer your questions about your car and demonstrates if you are in need of that. Hes efficient, knows his products and has a great personality. He makes sure he relates any concerns to the mechanic and they are fixed. Reggie knows time is valuable so he and the staff get you back on the road ASAP. The only thing better would be if the car would take itself for service. Are you listening Google? 😎

The people at infinity really took care of me and my family. The finance team worked magic and really put the effort into it. When i walked into the dealership I was greeted by Nora, she was very pleasant and cheery. I told her I was only planning on test driving one of the crossovers and not ready to buy. Got my Q60 here, my sale person was pretty good. But I like how the customer service lady, Nora, was really nice and very attentive. Make you feel welcome with that feeling of no pressure sort of things.
I would lease/buy another vehicle from here again simply based on the wonderful customer service weve experienced (plus Infiniti makes great cars). They are very accommodating and always able to either give us a ride or loan us a car while work is being done on the car.

You go to DGDG to buy a car because they excel in customer service. There are no tactics, games, or pressure. You meet a friendly staff that aims to take care of you, and each person you deal with treats you like are a current customer, not a commodity to be had or won. This is my first experience with the Infiniti staff and nothing is different. The only criticism I have with this location is the location itself. It’s a little cramped in the lot and there aren’t a lot of cars to browse. The inside is nicely appointed and comfortable, but also small.Should that deter you ask yourself: would you rather have a sparkling showroom or a sparkling staff? They excel in the latter.
Stevenscreek Infiniti service dept is the best! So easy to get an appointment for an emergency. Mike and Nora provide exceptional service! Love my Q50!

Come here for service if you want to be lied to and insulted. I came here for three times for the same issue and the first two time I was lied to that the problem was fixed and parts swooped. I know I was lied to because I made a marking on the part before I came in. I came in for the third time for the same issue and found out the “official” documentation says the part was fine and was never replaced when mention about what I was told the first two time I was insulted by being called making up stories and it’s my words against their words. What a f? Seriously?
They really take time to look into your problem. Their charge, for luxury car brand, is very reasonable.

EDIT: Jun 2019. Mike and Jerrord both have left the dealership. During the service I wasnt provided the vehicle inspection report as I was told there was an issue in their system. I was told Id get it over email, which I never did. I emailed atleast 4 times in one month but none of my emails got a response. Im changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. This was the first bad experience in 2+ years of regular visits.Keeping the original review I wrote below:I bought my Infiniti Q50 from Stevens Creek infiti and Ive been a regular customer for maintenance service.My sales experience was fantastic. I collected quotes from most dealerships within 250 miles of where I lived to buy the car, and of course many dealerships kept calling me repeatedly asking me to visit instead of sending a price over email. On the other hand, Jerrord K. from Stevens Creek Infinti was smart enough to realize I had done all my research and test drives and Im only looking for a good deal on price. His emails were to the point and we started the price negotiations immediately. I stop by and say hi to him everytime I come for a service.The maintenance service experience has been equally great where Ive been working with Mike L. This morning I dropped my car for the 20k mile service, they had the loaner car ready and I was out in 20 minutes. Mike even gave me a option to choose which loaner car I want which was very nice of him.The wait here to get a service appointment is usually about 5-6 days compared to 2-3 days at the peninsula Infinti, but the wait is totally worth it. Highly recommend working with Jerrord and Mike, and the dealership to everyone.
They charged me $180 to read an error code (free at Oreilly or Autozone) and another $180 to “check why the car trunk would not open.” That’s $360 “just to check” without even fixing anything. They came back and said the electrical wiring for the trunk lock needed replacing, and they were going to charge $600. I don’t know how they came to that determination since no work seems to have been done to root cause the failure. I rejected their offer because it seemed too high. Turns out it’s a common problem with Infiniti G35s where the trunk wiring gets torn from fatigue due to use over time. And the dealership knows this yet they charged me $180 to “check the problem”. Well, a google search on infiniti trunk issues led to blogs where other people put instructions kn how to fix it, and even pinpointed the exact location where the wires break down. So I got some extra wires and electrical tape for less than $30 and fixed the issue myself.Don’t believe the service rep Reggie when he says he will try to save you as much money as he can. He’s really going to try to take you for a spin and take your money.
I had the worst experience with purchasing a used inifiniti qx56 from Stevens Creek Infiniti. i was sold an inifiniti that had obvious hail damages on the car, the dealership did a poor job of trying to cover up the damages by repainting parts of the car, instead of repair. In addition, i was lied to, many times about the actual cost of repairing the car from the (Product Specialist) sales man to the assistant sale manager to the Sales Manager.i had to spend $16,500 of my own money to get a Collision center to properly repair the car.Purchase a car from this dealership - Stevens Creek Infiniti at your own peril.
Just came back from the sleeziest car dealership experience of my life. The DGDG promises are a hoax, where they tell you theyre transparent but its really just another sales tactic. Read on for more....The three main people I dealt with here were Felix, Edwin, and Andrew (the sales manager). My lease broker had pre-negotiated a deal with Felix, who said hed match an existing deal that we had on a Q50 Signature. In fact, Felix even called me saying that hed have everything ready so itd be quick for me, and that theyre super transparent because of the DGDG slogan (lol).Anyway, I tell them that its going to take me 1.5+ hours with traffic to get there (which I honestly regret doing b/c they probably thought Id be desperate to just make a deal). I arrive, ready to just sign and drive off....not knowing that thered be a pack of salespeople awaiting for a good ol bait and switch. Well, I go in and after about 15 minutes, the sales manager Andrew nonchalantly says oh yeah, we cant do that other price because it includes tax.I assure him, even through SPECIFIC TEXTS that Felix had written, that Felix had received my specific zip code to calculate my tax rate and specifically said that he agreed to a deal. They say nah no way.....they pull the Ill talk to my manager trick, make me wait forever, and then they proceed to try to nickel and dime me with another round of negotiations, saying theyll only charge me an extra 6% on top of my pre-negotiated price because they felt bad.They probably didnt expect me to walk, given their overconfidence. Could I afford an extra 6%? Sure. But just out of principle of not giving my money to SHADY people, I walked.Was the deal was unreasonable? Well, I just got two dealers that matched it easily so Ill just leave it to you to question the integrity of the DGDG best deal transparency promise.If you do try your luck in here, Id recommend staying away from those three guys, unless you specifically need a blood pressure boost! =)
