I tried to give this company a second chance but I don’t think it was worth it.. my first experience was TERRIBLE. I had received a bra and there was a dead bug sewn into the mesh of it. Customer service could care less and I didn’t even get my full refund for the disgusting purchase. Many months later decided to try again because there was really cute stuff. That order went decent. But now I have a $50 credit and honestly none of their products are worth the ‘VIP’ price after the first purchase. First purchase = decent set for $50. After that your $50 will get you maybe 1/3 of a set.

Let me start this review off by saying I have NOT visited this store location. This review is from an online order. I wanted to leave a Google vs Yelp review as there’s no physical store in Georgia.The contents of the box contain absolutely beautiful pieces for my plus size frame. They feel like literal silk on my skin. Reasonably priced and well fitted. I would show you the items I tried on....but ah rah, just order them yourself. I signed up for the VIP monthly subscription. It’s $49 and similar to just fab and other stores with monthly subscriptions. You have the option to skip the month if you don’t want any items. For undergarments in my size it’s completely worth it.RiRi I’m proud of ya.#savagexfenty

I absolutely love Savage x, but this has been one of the worst transaction that I have experienced. I placed an order for the Done Deal 3piece set on October 2, 2020. When my item was delivered on November 1, 2020 I only had 2 of my 3 items. I reached out to a representative that express their deepest apologies, and assured me that my pink body stocking would be delivered by November 4. On November 11th I had not yet received my package. When I reached out to the customer service department again they once again assured me that I would be receiving my 3rd item within 5 days. On November 19 I received a BLACK body stocking!!! Imagine my frustration. Not only has it been almost 2 months since I placed the order, it still isn’t right. I called and spoke with yet again another customer service agent who hung up on me. The next one offered a refund after returning the incorrectly shipped item. At this point I am both disappointed, and angry. I am a paying member, and I don’t appreciate this service..

As much as I love Rihanna, my experience with Savage Fenty has been pretty terrible. The website is glitchy, stock in my size is often sold out. This latest time I ordered a corset which was shipped via Pitney Bowes, but the package has been sitting in a nearby shipping facility for THREE WEEKS. There is no one to talk at PB, they refuse to give any service or answer at all. One of the worst customer experiences ever. Once in a while Savage X has some cute things but considering the low quality of both the lingerie and of the customer service, Im better spending my money elsewhere.

My card was over charged three times.No one to call or even chat with.I dont like feeling like these issues are being ignored.Im not sure Ill shop here again, unless they start making some changes to their system and start fixing whats going wrong. I would have been OVER CHARGED BY 700$ if I wouldnt have had a card for spending, with only the amount that I needed to spend here. NOT COOL GUYS. NOT COOL.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Sizes do not cater to larger-chested women. Material is worse quality than what is sold at Victorias Secret. I had to pay to return most of the items purchased and was told part of my refund would come in the mail (never did) and the other part would be credited to my SavagexFenty account even though I explicitly said I wouldnt buy from them ever again. They are currently holding most of my $100 purchase hostage. Also, it seems as though this company has a call service center based outside of the U.S. There is a serious language barrier as well as terrible call quality. Why fix something thats not broken - Im taking my money back to VS, where the quality is better and they have bra sizes for the larger-topped women.

I ordered 2 bras. i knew it was going to take long to get to my house because of the corona stuff. but i was satisfied with my order. until about a week after i got my order it charged my card $50 for an order i didn’t place and the money has not gone back on my card yet. i tried calling them and the number didn’t work. i don’t recommend using this site. it probably does this to everyone.

Very cute items, but their is no customer services. Most of the articles are missing and I cant call and there is no way to notify them. I even tried emails but no response.After your response, I sent an email, but it cant be distributed. Its just disappointing.

Disclaimer: Writing a review from an online order, but I need to get the word out there. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. After your first purchase it will COST you TIME and likely more MONEY than you anticipated to escape their subscription scam! Avoid, avoid, avoid.The website is also SUPER glitchy, so don’t count on an easy purchase experience. Especially if you’re trying to use “store credit”. I’m talking broken webpages, empty carts, missing sale items. They do everything to keep your subscription money and not give you the product your looking for (which usually are ‘out of stock’ in whatever size you are). Expect to run in circles.

I ordered from Savage x Fenty 7/8/2020 and my order has been at a Pitney Bowes facility near my house since 7/15/2020 and saying its an awaiting item & pre shipment has been sent to USPS, & it is 7/24/2020 no one answers the Savage X Fenty phone number for customer service, I have no idea why my item hasn’t been delivered, and PITNEY BOWES has the WORST reviews, i dont know why they used that shipping company. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY because it is a hassle to get them to be accountable. WHOS GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY???????

I ordered ONE robe, shipping said 4-7 days Standard Shipping. I ordered on the 5th and now its the 18th, thats not 7 days... plus the tracking number said it will only arrive on the 26th which is 21 DAYS NOT 7 DAYS!!!! When I contacted the customer service they told they cant do anything about whatsoever. I couldve accepted a shipping within 10 days, 15 days, but 21 days is beyond my limit. I NEVER had to wait so long for a package to arrive. I tracked the order throughout the whole process, it said the package was in my town and then left without being delivered to me, that makes absolutely no sense. I had reasonable expectations for them but I guess they were too high. If you dont want to wait for your package for an unreasonable time, dont bother with fenty.

I have not had a terrible experience however my last order I ordered two tank tops and some satin short for sleepwear, I received my order in a timely manner as usual however I only received my shorts and no tank tops however there is no good number to get ahold of anyone to let them know I didn’t receive all my order so kind of disappointed ☹️

I liked the undies, bras were not the most comfy. Customer Service is awful and I was on hold over 30 minutes just to cancel my VIP membership, it’s not as easy as it is said online.
