Warning…..Super shady dealership… they pulled a bait and switch… I tried to purchase a brand new vehicle from this dealership at the price they advertised online and marked on the vehicle, once I told the salesman that I wanted to move forward with the purchase he told me he has to charge an extra $5,000 for “supply and demand”. They do not advertise the extra $5k scam charge.. We are so disgusted with this dealership…. We thankfully found the same vehicle at another dealership 5 hours away. The manager Joe never got back to us as promised. After reviewing Yelp, I realized this is how they do business, many others had the same situation… don’t waste your time with this place.
Very nice people at the service desk, quick to take care of my prescribed tune up and recall issue. Glad to have a Jeep dealership in town now!
This is a great dealership! They have taken good care of my Volkswagen since I moved to Santa Cruz in 2016. I highly recommend it! The staff are kind, helpful, and know what to do. They are also fair in their pricing. A+ for this business!
We shopped several lots before reaching out to Joe at Santa Cruz Ram. We did half of the work over Phone and Text so there was not too much waiting at the dealership. I would not recommend this Service Department to my worst enemy! Mark who I believe is the Service Manager would never return my calls...I shouldnt say never but 2 out of 6 times. My RAM 1500 Ecodesiel was there for 33 day waiting for parts to be serviced. My main point of contention that they had control over is this: After using two rental cars from their preferred rental company and returning both because they were POS cars I asked if I could go get my own rental and get reimbursed. I was told yes and that I would be reimbursed 40 dollars per day. So I went and got a rental that I drove for 25 day. Now after nearly 2 weeks of trying to collect my money for the rental I am being told that they will only reimburse me 25 dollars a day because I didnt rent a Chrysler product. I am having to deal with the corporate offices as well which is a huge PITA. The level of communication I received from this Service Department was a 1/10....1/5 is to generous. Save yourself the head ache and drive to Salinas or Gilroy Ram deals. Fing pathetic!!!
