Good selection of vape accessories could juice but prices are a bit high even for brick and mortar when buying online is as much as 50 to 75% cheaper. I know they got Bills to pay to stay open but still prices are over the top

Today was my third visit to 831 Smoke Shop. Each time I was greeted by a gentleman that goes by the name ‘Senior’. Not only was Senior super helpful, he was also very easy to talk to. His recommendations are TOP NOTCH! Just like the shop itself. Santa Cruz is truly blessed to have a smoke shop that stays open until midnight every night except for Sunday (11pm.) Next time you need a smoking accessory, hit them up first....you won’t regret it!Cheers!-Johnny

Decent store. Pretty small interior, thats fully packed with product They dont stock local glass, but do have a section of smoke wear. Lots of accessories like bags, grinders, trays ect.

Called to ask a simple question and got hung up on because clearly the staff working there is too high to know what good customer service is.

I like this place! Theyre open late, they have reasonable prices, and theyre friendly! 5 stars!!

I went in 831 expecting at least alright glass. The downstem in the bong I was looking at was cracked so I asked him if I could see some other ones. He proceeded to show me about 6 different ones that were poorly made or cracked. The staffs additude seemed very rude when i was just trying to not by something not already broken. You could easily get something better even if you looked online. I ended up not getting anything and going to Irie Motivations on Portola and had much better luck. Better prices, nicer staff, better glass (most made in house). I would never go back to 831.
