A wonderful little hidden place to eat. The poke bowls are delicious and well priced. If you need something to warm you up, treat yourself to the Fire Drink. Its well worth it.

Delicious fusion-y casual food in a laid back spot overlooking the ocean. Line up to order and then wait a bit enjoying the view until your name is called. We especially liked their pork (both in carnitas tacos and on top of their excellent kim chee rice).

Outdoor dining by the sea. Good food, fast service. Had a delicious burrito there a few weeks ago. Good prices too.

We had delicious, authentic Baja fish tacos. I also had their agua fresca which I didnt like at all. It was Meyer lemon, turmeric, and ginger so I should have known. LolThe cafe is attached to public bathrooms, which I assume are partly there to serve people going to Lighthouse Beach which is just up the street. The bathrooms are a life saver!The cafe has picnic tables and other spots to sit and eat. Its a busy area around there so its great that there were nearby parking spots and available tables.Only one party at a time is let into the single room you go in to order and get your drinks. They bring your food to a table near the door and call your name.Its not quite a cafe. Its more of a room and a kitchen.It was lovely to sit and eat there on a summers day. It really adds to the Lighthouse Beach experience.

Havent been disappointed yet. The food options are really tasty and they have a great cup of strong java. The staff is always welcoming, warm, and friendly. Ive done the dogs and the quesadilla options and both have been beyond my expectations! Thanks for keeping my belly full and my body caffeinated. ☕

Their Super Dog is the best hot dog I’ve ever eaten, ever. I could happily eat one every week for the rest of my life.

Amazing spot. Poke was super tasty. Surfer friendly (surf rack right in the spot), dog friendly (treats and water bowl) and right in the middle of a nice park with ocean view. Staff is also nice. A plus: they encourage eco friendly activities (free coffee if you feel a bucket of trash).

This was my first time visiting this coffee house. I live in Santa Cruz county and must have passed by this place a hundred times. I really enjoyed my visit. Its always nice when you find a place that roast their own beans. Nice environment, clean and spacious.

My babe and I love this spot. Waves and breakfast. My favorite, so far, are the breakfast tacos. If you find yourself low on $, or not, pick up a bucket of trash for a coffee. Awesome trade.

This place is cute. I had seen the little sign out on the street for a couple of years, but I had never ventured back there until today. I just grabbed a Pellegrino, but the menu looked good. A little more seating outside and some gluten free/no sugar-added options would be a plus, but it is a perfect little spot for surfers to refuel.

Awesome stop with burritos, quesadillas, and weekly specials. A couple delicious vegan options as well. Highly recommend if youre in the area and want a good quick bite!

Since i live 20 mins away from the joint is a good workout and treat yourself some food. I had the break-a-dilla and its was well made. Great lil joint, thats all.

Good chai. You can bring your own mug or buy a ceramic one there too. Oatmilk or half and half. Good carnitas taco. Nice staff.

This place is all about location, right across from the ocean which was amazing. However parking is a pain as well as seating at main dining times. Food was okay, vibe was weird felt like your dining at a dirty rest stop, bathrooms reflected that.

Great joint for a quick bite on the go, or if you are lucky you might get the chance to sit on one of their benches under the shade of the trees. They make fresh tacos 🌮, sandwiches 🥪 and they also bowls 🥣& quesadillas. I personally love their oat cookies bites & their vegan chia seeds pudding 😋

A damn good fish taco. Done the way a taco should be: simple, light and flavorful. You cant beat the environment, next to the ocean along West Cliff Dr. in a park setting. Staff was friendly and the operation was well organized.

Very chill spot with great customer service and amazing food options. Set at the edge of surfing paradise where you can watch surfers, and against a wooded area with a few walking trails, and relaxed outdoor seating. The trails made parking on a back street an easy option other than the main road by the water.

Such a beautiful spot! And its pretty awesome watching the surfers here.... Theres huge waves most the time, so these surfers know what theyre doing!

Superb tuna salad sandwich, a perfect balance of flavor and texture: spicy and tangy, soft toasted bun and crisp crunchy cabbage. And a deal at under $10. Friendly staff, and I didnt have to wait long for it. Gem of a place.

Nice gem on the cliffs. All I wanted was coffee without driving down to the boardwalk area super pleasant surprise to stumble on this place. House made and organic eateries much appreciated, agua de frescas, watermelon slices, donuts, breakfast food and lunch menu. The prices are reasonable considering the convienance and location. The atomosphere was super chill with outdoor seating nestled among the wooded area and giant jenga. The only thing I could say that could be improved was the service. I went here 4-5 times over my vacay while chiilin at the beach with my son. The staff was not all that friendly to us. They saved thier pleasant attitude for thier other guests. They are not very personable seem bothered by answering simple menu questions, wear poker faces, looked like it would kill them to smile or interact and engage with us. I thought maybe I look like a vagrant, lol, to them bc I had been in there with beach wave hair and sand in my nails. I noticed they were friendly to the older white ladies that looked touristy. I came back another day not in my beach bum attire and same type of service to the point when I said TY to them they just uttered mmmhhhh. Typically, your welcome follows a thank you. But they already knew that bc they had all the pleasantries for the next customer in line including have a nice day and thank you. I work in marketing. Service thats not inclusive will always set apart your sucess. Maybe the new cofffe shop opening up on the cliffs will train thier staff to smile and say thanks to ALL thier customers!!! Coffee could be a little stronger too a little weak in flavor. French press would be super cool idea for here too!!

LOVE this place - their Breakfast Quesadilla is AMAZING and they make in this tortilla crispy pocket that makes it super easy to eat on the go. YUM.Great coffee, nice people. You might have to wait a little but it is worth it.Cant wait until Covid is over and we can all sit at the community tables again!!

Steamer lane supply is tricky because you dont know what to expect with the name... But actually its one of the best hole in the walls little restaurants Ive been to. Outside seating, they have the best fish tacos. They offer a variety of foods all cooked to order. Fresh baked goods. Must eat if you in the area all priced reasonably

We stopped by for tacos and kimchi hot dog right after getting married at Santa cruz city hall. The food is so good and my husband and I have been here when we were still dating. The owner is so nice! Offered the free muffin as a gift and it tastes amazing!

We only tried the fresh fish tacos. Yum. Very fresh tasting ingredients, juicy. Since it is Covid times I didnt get some hot sauce, didnt want to touch the community bottle. For me, that would have made them perfect.Lots of outside seating with sanitizer at the tables to wipe down before and or after sitting down.

They have the best muffins in Santa Cruz. Beautiful outdoor setting. I go there many times a week.

Great view & solid food - I had the green chile tamale and vegetarian taco. All seating is outside on picnic benches and small tables, giving you a great chance to soak up the sun. My only suggestion is investing in an espresso machine....but the coffee did the trick.

Great spot for some delicious food. Lots of veggie options. Cool drinks, ice cream treats, and hot food. They have a giant slice of watermelon during the summer months. They are generous with the toppings and sauces.Pick up an entire bucket of trash (they have the buckets) and get a free cup of coffee.

Omg..this place is great. What a genius place right across from the beach by the showers. Tons of beautiful scenery and outdoor seating. PLEASE bring your own cup and silverware! A lot of options come wrapped in paper and foil. If you are eating there bring a plate or ask for no foil to cut down on waste. They have some yummy choices but some sell out by mid day. Coffee and food is delicious and thoughtfully sourced.

I heart Fire Drink! I always love coming to this super chill spot to get some delicious quesadilla concoction and let my daughter play on the fallen trees in the sun while we people-watch and soak in the good vibes. Havent seen their brownies in the pastry case in awhile, but when they had them they were likely the best brownies in the whole world.

This new spot in West cliff Santa Cruz is a must!!! The food is fresh and tasty! Organic drinks and desserts are a plus. A must for all locals and visitors. The fish tacos are the best. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu. Chefs will modify your order to your liking.

We love Steamer Lane Supply :) We walk our dogs here and get the Breakadilla. They have little dog treats available for free. Yummy food, dog friendly, great food, amazing location... Whats not to love?

A great stop, very hidden, along the waterfront walk, near the lighthouse. Really no other cafes or markets nearby at all, this place serves extra good coffee, interesting food, bottled drinks and home-made horchata. Veggie options are avail, but the chicken tamale at 3$ was fine. Outdoor seating. Friendly.

Lovely Aloha employees.Owner is stifling .Shes uptight.But everyone else is great!Delightful menu, just extremely dissappointin prices to ratio of tiny porpotion.No matter what, youre left ripped off feeling. Sad.

Ingenious idea, and a definite stop wheneber in Santa Cruz. Tiny, itsy bitsy hole in the public restoom building. What used to be a vacant space for supplies to clean the public restrooms, hss now converted into a very high quality food stand. Everything msde from scratch or locally sourced, filling, reasonable prices, dog quiches; and outdoor seating in a natural setting facing the surfers riding the waves. Dont stop in town like a tourist, save your money; and eat where the locals do.

The brick and mortar place is great. When the cranky lady in the food truck comes and parks right in front of the picnic area and blocks the view of everyone sitting there...it goes down to three stars.
