I went to this shop based on a recommendation from a friend who had purchased two machines from them. I got a great machine at a fair price and over the years great service. I still drive down from San Francisco to have them do service. Id probably drive down from Portland if I had to!

Awesome place Dale and Sebastian are awesome. I been using them for many years for coffee gear and supplies. Now I also use them for repairs to my equipment and they have been there every time Ive needed them.I own a coffee shop and these are the pros I go to.

TOTALLY TRUST THESE GUYS! Ignore the silly negative review here about a broken 7-year-old ceramic saucer. Its ridiculous. When you read that review, youll see that some people are impossible to satisfy no matter how hard you try.Great Infusions has done repairs as well as routine maintenance on my Quick Mill Andreja Premium espresso machine. Its not a simple device, yet the work that Great Infusions completed was reasonably priced and skillfully done in less time than I expected. Great Infusions is the real go to place in Santa Cruz.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE, twice I have brought espresso machines to this place for repair. The first time was my Expobar Brewtus they charged me over $100 and were like sorry we couldnt figure out what the problem was! I finally figured out what it was and fixed it myself. I would never have returned but I dont have the La Pavoni tool for tightening the boiler to the base of a Europicola so I went back they tightened and replaced the seal, when I brought it home and filled it with water it all leaked out and fried my electronics in the base.

Great little place in Santa Cruz. I am very happy to know I can find parts to my machine here.

DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! We bought an 8 piece set of Italian ACF cups and saucers off these guys 7 years ago.They are good quality and not cheap.We accidentally broke one of the saucers a couple of weeks ago and were able find the receipt that identified these guys as the sellers.I sent them an email......no reply.I called a day or so later and got hold of Sebastian....oh yeah didnt see your email ...ACF went bust in 2012 but hey we may have a latte saucer to spare.Got an email a hour so later...sorry cant help you ...gee we threw out a bag off ACF stuff a little while back.After trying everywhere we could think of to locate a latte saucer I sent these guys another email asking for names of some businesses they had sold the ACF stuff to......3 days later and still no response.I cant believe these losers are still in business.
