I have been calling for 4 days now to get linens after they sent there driver here. No one has returned my call including the director of Santa Cruz. Guess you guys dont want my business? Horrible way to do business especially for a non profit organization!

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting on a delivery for 3 weeks. I always get the answering service when I call during business hours and never recieve a call back.
