Poor service from the grey haired guy in the back. Giving me grief about mixing a gallon of paint. Second time now, placed my items back on the shelf and went to kelly moore

Wow. Never again will I go to this store. They never called me when my order arrived, screwed up the order size, then insisted that the product I ordered (graffiti coating) doesnt come in a 1/2 gallon. They were totally unapologetic about the delays and errors. I ended up calling the graffiti coating company direct to order the correct size product. What a mess.

I will have to say the whole experience was a joy a delight I was very pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service that was shown by Alex I will recommend this location to all my friends and anyone who will listen to me whos painting thanks Ill see you soon

Great service. I had picked out indoor paint and was ask in a friendly manner what was I painting and it was a deck so I was helped to find similar color of outdoor paint!

Every time I go in this place theres a painter picking up paint parked in the handicap parking spot every time and there is usually only one employee and it takes forever to get your paint get faster service at home Depot

New homeowner, popped into SW because I was having trouble finding paint for touch-ups. Staff was extremely helpful, and pinpointed that my issue was actually flat vs satin sheen and not the color. I never would have guessed! My paint now matches and I am a happy customer

The staff is really nice and what a fantastic job they did at matching a paint sample 30+ years old. They also now carry a large collection of really cool wall paper.

When the paint didnt wear as we hoped, the folks at the store worked with our painter to have our home re-painted free of charge! Great customer service.... they really stood behind product. We couldnt be happier.

When shopping at the Santa Cruz Sherwin-Williams, talk to Sergio. Hes an expert and always very happy to help which I have yet to find at Kelly Moore or Home Depot.
