Used to love this place, the food was great and the customer service was amazing. Yesterday I went to buy a sandwich and was told sorry, we are cutting meat today, no sandwiches. Today I get there at 4:05 and was told sorry, we only make sandwiches until 4, even though their website clear states open 10am-5pm. Terrible customer service.

Quality fresh, locally sourced meats. Unique cuts, lunch specials, draft beer, and fresh brats. The Weiss Brats are the best around when they have them. The experience is basically an episode of Portlandia so forgo any expectations of customer service and stay focused on the product or you may leave disappointed.

Without a doubt one of the best places in Santa Fe. Amazing meats and amazing sandwiches. A must visit for a great lunch.

Lack of customer service is always a killer. I go into the store looking at the cuts they have and a guy goes and stands in front of me does not say a word to me no hi no nothing very unprofessional first time here and very disappointed wont be going back.

Called to see if they have a certain cut of meat and the guy who answered was very dismissive and didnt even say hello or goodbye. Lack of professionalism is such a turn off.
