Came by on Halloween to buy some last minute costume supplies and a mask with my mom, aunts, and sister. We had fun trying out the different masks and scaring each other. Party City has always been a great place to shop for all our party needs ever since I was a little kid. Gotta love this place!!!

Place has always been good at having all you would need for your party needs. Halloween isnt any different masks, costumes, accesories, and more. Like i said no matter what the occasion they will have what you need. The only reason i left a star off is for there selection it went down . Not as many costumes as past years but the covid could be a factor . And as the same time it might just be the store that didnt order as much so 50/50. You decide.

I called and ordered balloons from this location and received some of the best customer service I have had in a long time! I had to call and change my order several times and every time they accommodated my change with no issue and were very pleasant to work with. I will definitely suggest them to anyone in the area! We were in town for a Party and needed to have some balloons filled up! We didnt realize the store opened early on Saturday so we got there just before 930 hoping to be first in line! Destiny was busy and there was almost a 3 hour wait BUT she was able to accommodate our request and squeezed our handful of balloons in. She was professional and we could tell she appreciated our business. Great customer service and SAVED US!!!

Public Health Hazard:They do not enforce State Order stating everyone; customers and staff to wear face masks. Nor do they sanitize surfaces after customer not wearing a mask breathed all over check out area.

This business is highly recommended. The staff is always courteous to me when I enter and offer to help me with whatever it is that I am looking for. When I needed a costume for a party they even searched the back room for what I needed. Thank you Party City for being so good.

The female cashier disrespected and was very rude to my daughter who was in line. She ignored her and called other costumers that where behind her and left my daughter standing in line with out acknowledging her presence. I will not return to this store but instead travel the ninety miles to another town for better service. If she doesn’t like her job or helping people she should find a new one.

My family n I were looking at the Halloween decorations for a party we ended up leaving for the reason that the manager was telling the workers to follow us around cuz she thought we were stealing its pretty embarrassing/uncomfortable to be followed around the store like animals. We will not be going back! I would rate this place a zero but I cant!

The cashiers are young and unenthusiastic about being there. They should acknowledge you as a person instead of not talking at all and just ringing up your stuff like its a problem. Other than that, I love Party City

Half of the store was empty with no merchandise and when asked the personnel about some stuff, response was: what we have in shelf is all we have. You could tell they were restocking, but couldve shown a bit more of a service attitude and offered to look at catalogues or online to find what I was looking for.

My experience wasnt the greatest. I had to wait about 20 minutes go get 3 balloons. There might have scheduling problems because there was only 1 employee at the register, who also was inflating balloons. When I asked for a specific ballon she quickly said she didnt have any. I felt rushed so I asked her to give me any. I felt bad for the elderly lady waiting behind me. I hope I dont have this issue in the future since this is the nearest Party City near me.

Went in only for a handfull of candy. Was not disapointed. Selection was great and prices are reasonable.
