As a person who grew up in New York I am used to the best of the best when it comes to shopping and boutiques. So on my trip to Santa Fe I was astonished when I finally got to a store that was so unique and hip. Even stores in New York that I am a regular at could not compare to the friendly management and employees as well as the fine selection of clothing. But what really made this a 5 star review was the honesty I got from the owner about the outfits I was trying on. Rather then trying to sell me on everything she gave me great advice and I was able to walk away with beautiful clothing. Thank you!!!!!!!

I am not the type to purchase expensive clothes, just because that is not me but my friends all like to go shopping at these very expensive and fancy places. So whenever they do I feel a little bit out of place and uncomfortable but at Daniellas the owner went out of her way to help me pick out clothes on the sale rack that were just wonderful and she made me feel like I was a big time shopper. I must have walked out of there with a whole new closet. Thank you so much and I will be back soon. I advise shoppers to go down there.

I purchased an expensive Christmas gift for my partner. I was very specific that I wanted her to be able to return it if it did not fit. The salesperson said no problem. It did not fit, and when my partner tried to return it in January, they said it had to be done before the end of December, or perhaps within ten days after Christmas. There was apparently a fine print entry in the sales receipt that said that. I was very disappointed, and posted an unhappy review. The store owner/manager immediately responded to the review and said that if we would return to the store, they would make it right. We did, and they did. We were able to exchange the item for other items, and even spent more money on additional purchases. I am completely happy with the professional way they resolved this issue, and I will shop there again.

I found a wide variety of beautiful clothing for my wife to give to her for her birthday. I cannot take all the credit, for the stores owner helped me pick out the most stylish clothing and gave me really good advice. Although the prices were higher than I would have liked it was well worth the buy. Thank you Daniella and I hope I can return soon!...

This shop has great options, but deplorable staff.There is one woman who stands close to you as you shop which is uncomfortable, but what is worse, is that she immediately straightens any item you touched.We were careful to refold items, but if she wants them exactly the same as they were it is understandable, however, it would be more gracious to wait until the customers leave the store. It made us feel as we should not touch anything. I purchase these same labels at other shops/stores, but I am not met with the same rude behavior. I would rather go purchase those same garments elsewhere.As soon as I left the shop, I wanted to post a rare review since it was such a negative experience. However, I can see that other people have had negative experiences with the staff. It is a real shame.

Living in Santa Fe is tough if you like to dress fashion forward. This is mainly due to the lack of shopping opt. Enter Daniella clothing located conveniently in the railyard district right next to REI. I Love the store! The selection is perfect for Santa Fe, great casual or dressy denim. Perfect for shopping for any tourist or local. I can always find great options for my daily life or if i have a special occasion .

I’ve been shopping at Daniella for years and have always experienced exceptional customer service. I always leave feeling special, with a unique new treasure to add to my closet.

Dont even bother going into this store. As soon as I walked into the door the owner(or sales person?) looked down her nose and said, The sales rack is in the back of the store. Then she ignored me completely. Too bad for her. I could have afforded to buy any of those outrageously priced clothes. She probably judged me by my casual dress and assumed I didnt belong in her store.

This store deserves negative stars. First of all, the owner has a deplorable attitude. Her employees are not knowledgeable, unkind, and their attitude is just as bad as the owners. They seem to think they are above everyone and will dismiss you immediately if you ask a question. They have uppity personalities and are the rudest people we encountered during our visit to Santa Fe. I have many friends in Santa Fe and they all have similar things to say about this pathetic excuse of a store. I thought it couldnt be that bad but boy was I in for a surprise. My friends and I will not be promoting this store and I will share my and my friends experiences with everyone I come into contact with. In a town as small as Santa Fe, it would be smart for the owner and her employees to get off their high horse.
