Great shop for upscale clothing and accessories. My mom, sister and I were in Santa Fe visiting for a week and found this cute store. Some items are a bit pricey but if you take time to look around youll find something. I found a great black cotton dress and a pair of Frye boots! My mom and sis also scored on a few items. Margie was awesome, she was nice and fun to chat with.

They only cut checks once a month, and YOU have to request by the 15th…..ANYWAY! I’ve always hated this process. I called the third week of August for a 3 week out check on Sept 15th, confirmed with her they had my correct address….IN ALASKA, Wait two weeks into October 1st, to FIND OUT they cut to “someone else with a similar last name” and forget the fact that it’s hard to forget I am the one in ALASKA!? Well they call me to tell me someone else got cut a check after waiting over 5 weeks, to say they will include in the next batch of checks on October 15th….forget that it’s their error and they should just cut a check off cycle from wherever Timbuktu since it is once a month. This is the second place in New Mexico since moving I am still waiting on funds because of failed internal processes….ask me if I miss it?! I’ve worked in customer service and if messed up I wouldn’t suggest I will fix in almost two months after the request….obviously if someone requests money, they want or need their money.Accommodating? I didn’t ask for any accommodations and I had an appointment like everyone else during that time period. And since no one can remember my name or write it down correctly, I find it ironic someone claims to remember the ONE time I dropped stuff off nearly a year ago. There was the one time that I requested a check and someone said it would be available by a certain day and time, so I drove from Los Alamos (because it’s not customary to mail checks) and it wasn’t ready and available, so because it wasn’t a large amount, someone gave me cash from the til, that time I was “accommodated”? Anyways, enough. Clearly I’ve had some frustrations with processes, and it’s been due to two places all at the same time that I’ve been waiting the same period of time for checks that aren’t coming because of someone failing to do something. Could be my luck personally.

This is a great shop with higher end merchandise. The only issue I had with it is that I wanted a dress that was on display, and I was told you cannot purchase anything on display for 30 days....Why?

I love this store! I can always find something that is unique and fashion current for an amazing price! The store is presented like a boutique with care and lovely displays! I have shopped her for 8 years and I love consigning my clothes too! It’s the only consignment store where I receive a itemized list when I drop off. The girls are always warm and eager to help!

They take in very high quality garments. If youre looking for something a little different, Ooh La La is the place to go. You wont be disappointment!

I love Ooh La La! Friendly staff and high quality and very interesting items. Its easy to consign, and always something fun to buy. If they dont take your item, they are very polite and friendly about it, not snooty like some other stores, and if they do take your consignments, they are very professional about giving store credit or payment. I personally appreciate that they dont carry any kind of fur. Best consignment shop in Santa Fe!

I didnt like this store at all. This is supposed to be a THRIFT store! So it makes no sense for me to buy a USED shirt for $50?!?! Like what?! Thats insane! A USED shirt shouldnt have the price of a new shirt!

I have shopped here several times and consigned clothes here as well. Every time I have been there the sales people and the owner have been particularly rude to me and other customers. They have a reputation in the community for being rude and difficult to do business with.
