I went in to buy another pair the same as Ive had for years, which they had but I decided to branch out. I asked for recommendations for my face shape and got some great suggestions. I ended up with some different shades than I expected and love them. Theyre much better suited to my face and more comfortable. The staff was very patient with me trying on a bunch of glasses and they were sanitizing them all afterwards. They were also knowledgeable on features of the frames and were willing to give advice on what looks good. Great experience and I love the results.

I love my sunglasses. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. He helped me pick out the best pair and was kind to everyone who came in. Great place with a lot of glasses to choose from. I recommend it.

My father and I went into the store to buy a pair of sunglasses. We know and understand theres a pandemic and respect the guidelines put in place to keep everyone safe. However, the salesman was running around the store like a mad person asking what was touched and that if we touch the sunglasses he has to sanitize them. I understand this but its nearly impossible to buy sunglasses without touching them. No store has been like this. Meanwhile, the salesman is going around touching sunglasses and not sanitizing them. If it was such a big deal he should have said so prior to entering the store.

I walked all around the Outlet and couldn’t find the store, only row after row of empty shops. I called three times over about 15 minutes and each time the phone rang and rang with no answer. I can only assume they but the dust with 90% of the other shops.

When I went which was about 30 mins before closing, great customer service. His name is hard to pronounce wish I really knew how to spell it.. . But got my shades nun the less.

Derek was a great help obviously very committed to his position in the business and I appreciate him a lot as a salesperson and he just seems to be a great human being

Had a great experience at Sunglass Hut. Bert was very patient and helped me to find a pair of sunglasses that I am very pleased with.

I went to return glasses and I had never had such a rude sales associate before, if you’re looking for unprofessional staff then come here. All because he was losing a sale this guy treated me poorly but instead he worried about potential business walking in the door and treated them better. By far this was the worst experience I have had at this location!

Its 5pm on Saturday August 3rd 2019.(tax free weekend)The store is closed locked up. Whats up with that? Its clearly signed open till 7pm. Wasted my time coming out here.

I drove 1 hour to buy 2 pairs of Oakley sunglasses from this store and the sales guy John was quick to make a sell but when I noticed that my sunglasses were scratched he didnt want to help me at all. He was very unprofessional and was even mocking me as I left the store. Its very disappointing that I had to drive all the way out there again just to have bad customer service.

Well, here I am, waiting for someone to show up. Door is locked. Sign on door says Back in 10 Minutes. We shall see. I drove out on a very busy day. This is obnoxious.

No deals to be found. Whats the point of the this store? Just buy online
