The grocery was stocked with love, every register was open, the clerk was just amazing.

The bakery manager is so unprofessional, I ordered a cake for my daughters 3rd birthday, and I was absolutely disappointed in the fact that they couldn’t call me and tell me no we can’t instead they let me call and not put the phone on hold but leave it so I can hear their 15 minute long conversation on how I the customer am asking for too much, when it was a simple 1/2 white 1/2 chocolate cake. They did such a bad job and then had an attitude when I picked up the cake. They lack professionalism, and I will never go back there for cakes ever again.

The store has good variety but some of the items are expensive. The people that work at the store are very friendly and helpful. This location seems to be quite busy and crowded most of the times that Ive gone shopping there.

I love this place! Always a fantastic selection no need to go anywhere else because they dont have that one random item on the list that other stores wont have and send you to a specialty store. The people who work their are diverse and friendly always willing to help and knowledgeable about their store.

People here are wearing their masks including the workers. Which makes everyone safe. Its very clean environment.

John Tyrell and staff treat me and my residents very well. Mu only complaint is that theyre almost always out of the five gallon water at the front end.

Overall the store is clean and well stocked. The tomatoes are another story......

Carts are VERY Clean & Sanitized. Not crowded at all. Cashier has Extremely Great Customer Service. I wish I knew his name. Thank you Albertsons. We will definitely see you guys again

Nice,big clean store. Nicely lit, not dark. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help you find a product. They dont just point and say its over there.One exception the young woman who responded to my wifes where are the greeting cards? with I dont do sales. My response to her was You dont do HELPING either !

I want to express how effecient, safe and clean my visit was today at this crazy height of the pandemic, right before Thanksgiving. Yes there was a line to get in, but the staff was very welcoming and the store was being stocked and I found everything in a quick manner. The cashier was friendly and quick. This was the best store visit I have been to since the start of the pandemic. I try to shop monthly and will definitely make this my store. Very pleased!

This store has improved several times over the past few years each visit it feels like things have been moved around and cleaned it fills as though its very understaffed right now though on my last visit the self checkout which has eight registers had one person Manning the entire thing and none of the registers were open she was checking everyone out from her counter this seems very frustrating and probably high stress for this person I hope at some point they think about opening up the registers and adding someone else in that area to help her other than that she was very helpful and it wasnt that long of a wait to get out of the store when using the self checkout area to pay for my merchandise.

Adequate. Since only use one per year when we visit Santa Fe its hard to give much input as well as not have much to evaluate.

I am done with this store I think. I went looking for period pads this morning. So, the baby diapers are in the personal hygiene section, and the elders diapers with bladder issues are in the pharmacy section. Guess where the period products are! I don’t know who needs to hear this but BEING A FEMALE IS NOT A MEDICAL CONDITION. Me bleeding out of my genitals means my body is functioning PROPERLY. I already had an interaction with the manager a few months back where he was very rude to me. At the time I just thought that he was having a bad morning. Now that I see how the store is laid out I’m starting to think he just hates women. I can only hope that the female employees there are alright. I for one will not be shopping at a store that is insulting to what I am.

Signature Select Blueberries are $3.99 and they are buy one get one free! They are real fresh and the are huge.

Yikes, I left my cell phone at the self check and realized my mistake. Went right back in and the young lady handed it right to me. Im mentally exhausted and she made me smile.The store was clean and I found creamer for my coffee tomorrow morning. Its hard to shop when you dont live here

Much nicer since the remodel. We like shopping here as apparently others do too. Has the normal grocery store problems: no help to be found when you need it, long lines, careless packaging of your food etc.

Really poor selections of things that werent the store brand. Every other Albertsons or Safeway in the country takes.the Safeway or Albertsons card, they dont. Actually saw a.store employee be very rude to another customer and continue to partially block an aisle with a cart. If there were any other choices on stores I would not go back here

The man in the meat market will not slice roasts. Always says the slicer is not working. He is just lazy. The slicers in the deli are always working.

We asked the produce manager about the recent salmonella related recall of onions & if Albertsons had done anything. He just walked past us saying over his shoulder, Nope, nothing more. Usually the people at this store are very helpful, very professional. Not sure we will ever buy produce there again with such a lack of concern for a recall impacting so many states, so many in the west especially.

Watch the cashier do their job. Yes sad but they dont notice price changes. The bar code is not obstructed or blocked when reduced. Last night because I had a basket full by the time I emptied my cart and noticed the cashier was not paying attention and not noticing the price change sticker stuck on some items I had to call his attention to it and he had to go through the items he had already rung up and void and re-do them. As usual there were items on sale that did not ring up at the advertised price., i knew one of the items advertised price but the others I just let go and wanted to get home as the check out process takes longer than my shopping does and I knew this was my last time being ripped off by Albertsons. It sucks because theyre so convenient living just down the street, but Im not that weslthy where I can continue to pay in excess of the items advertised price nor do I get paid to supervise and train the cashiers. I usually go a late at night shortly before closing time n by the time I get home and put stuff away and notice my receipt for the errors I didnt observe or notice the price rang up at, theyre closed and its late and I have to be up early for my work on the front lines of this covid mess. Will be driving the extra distance to Smiths for a more pleasant stress free check out experience.

The employees follow the lead of the managers they will and dont mind fighting verbally with customers.They will personally insult your eating and drinking habits.I guess they never heard of professionalism or conducting themselves in a respect manner.I was called a liar instead of saying we were having a mis communication.It really wasnt a conversation it turned into an argument.Manager, cashier and bagger teaming up like kids in a school yard.I tried speaking to the manager but you can tell where the employees get their direction and training from.So unprofessional.Be careful when you shop there they will criticize your eating and drinking habits and call you a liar.I give them a minus 10Just for their agressive behavior, they actually excellated the situation.So shop at your own risk.

I have been to your store about ten times. Your staff is very unfriendly.Your store is clean and very well stocked with food. I walked in there last night with a 10.00 certicate for aturkey and they would not honor it. I called the company and they said Albertsons could accept my certificate but they did not.Your staff is very unfriedly.It seems like people there do not like there job.It makes a big difference to me if a worker is friendly.

Cashier was extremely rude and rushed me even though there was nobody behind me. Charged me extra for a gallon of milk and charged me double on vegetables. Despite the sale being listed on the package. Not sure what happened but it was a frustrating experience.

Usually love their produce and workers. Today not So much. Got beans home and they were rotten in bag. Produce worker very rude because I got too close. Produce dept cramped impossible to stay 6 feet away. Rude.

I really like this Albertsons, the staff is friendly, the parking spots are large, and they recently started selling prepared meals that are affordable and taste great, all you have to do is throw them in the oven. I go out of my way to shop here.

Love Albertsons. I got exactly what I needed for snacks, and they always have a great selection of food options available for varying dietary restrictions. This particular one is small enough that it is manageable but at have all you need.

Everyone is helpful seems to go out of their way to be helpful. But today I want to especially compliment Albertsons for having Samantha behind the Starbucks counter. Personable, helpful, and a wonderful barista!

Favorite store to shop at.

Love there store. They always have what I need or want. They have fantastic sushi and just learned on Fridays they have a special where its all only $5 which is done at any location. There steak and seafood selection is great. Probably get steaks at least once a week.

This Albertsons has done an amazing makeover. The deli now has Boars Head products!! Theres a nice floral section in front, more product selection throughout the store, and very helpful & friendly staff. A special thanks to Trisha in the dairy dept for checking on a product. Its also nice to have the pharmacy in the corner with room for waiting. Too bad the WF is gone, but theres a Starbucks!!!

Aisles picked over and absolutely ridiculously long lines. Cashiers are terribly inefficient at bagging. More than 20 minutes in line and only 3 people ahead of me.

Nice and clean store full of everything we needed. The staff was helpful and professional and they even have a starbucks inside the store which I absolutely loved. The flowers department had fresh and beautiful bouquets and the season decorations were definitely something to look at. We will be back!!

Couldnt breathe because of asthma, so pulled mask down to use inhalers old man tried to get me in trouble and called a manager.she never said anything after she saw my inhaler. Very embarrassing though since he and manager stood there staring at me a minute or so. Wont be going back there. You decide for yourself.

Friday April 4 at 8 am wearing a face mask and gloves, I stepped into the store to get some essentials. Trying to pass through the isles maintaining as much distance from shoppers and workers who were still stocking some shelves. Being most appreciative of workers who show up to work these days, I was struck by the less of care most workers and some shoppers have been showing. Only a few workers wore masks. Most workers and stockers did not wear masks, whisking by me before I had a chance to create a safe distance. I paid at the single cashier (an older woman) who did wear a mask. Another older woman, passed by us as she was processing my groceries to tell her how concerned are mutual friends by her. She finally sat in the next (closed) cashier behind her, without a mask. I heard her cough. I left as fast as I can and vowed to not get inside your Albertson store again.

Very nice clean store with good selection. And they went above the call of duty, so to speak, by helping me jump start my car after I left my phone charging too long like a dummy during a road trip.If you are traveling through, and need some groceries, this is a great spot to stop by.

The prices for produce and coffee are higher than Sprouts. Nice store and good selection of products. Do not like the circular conveyor belts, makes bagging difficult (if you self bag as I do). A straight conveyor is better.

I am going to write two reviews as I understand people seem to only share on bad experiences. This review is for the whole store MINUS the bakery. The employees at this store go over and beyond. They ask how can they be of help, greet by name and ask how the family is. The produce is always tip top and the store is clean. A small town feel in a medium sized town. Keep up the good work!

I dont really know why anyone would review a grocery store, but I need more google guide points so here we go. Albertsons is fine, it has average food. Be careful of contracting diabetes if you eat too much here though, there isnt a lot of organic / actually healthy food.

I made a quick stop for tortillas and ended up purchasing some Alices lunch meat at the deli, some freah deli potato salad on sale, and a bag of cookies. Deli person was responsive and friendly. Checked out myself with no problems. Store was well stocked, neat and clean.

Offers other conveniences such as banking with Wells Fargo, Great customer service desk that offers money transfer, bill pay, and Coin Star with other conveniences and also Pharmaceutical needs! Can do everything in one stop!!!

The grocery part of the Albertsons at St Francis and Zia is outstanding.The pharmacy, though, does everything they can to discourage having to administer immunizations. Not OK because they advertise their immunizations so enthusiastically. It seems that corporate pushes the shots but the pharmacists dont like to do them.

I have to say this has consistently been my favorite grocery store. Staff makes me feel like family. Their to go items are always fresh and up to date. Their produce is clean and fresh. Their bakery is up to par with any speciality bakery and they will go out of their way for you. The meat dept. Is clean, smells fresh and they are constantly restocking and helpful with advice on which cuts and meats to get. The floral dept and the florist are great. I would love to compliment just one staff member but they are all so terrific.

Long line to get into Albertsons, lot of the Thanksgiving items I needed was not stock, check out wasnt bad though. First time I shopped there.

They have changed a lot in the past 5 years. Some stuff is for the better, like carrying more brand names I trust. However theyre lacking a good vegan section outside their produce department.

The young man who works in the deli was great, Im sorry we didnt get his name. He informed us of a special on ribs in the deli, was very helpful and pleasant. The ribs were great.

Very friendly staff . I was looking for some items in produce and was helped by an employee named Michelle . She assisted me to the items and explained to me about them. She is very experienced with her produce. Also had a great big smile. Check out was fast and friendly.
