The owner is kind and super helpful! We had a great experience and left with what we came in looking for. I have a 6 year old and the owner was so kind and cool with my daughter; It was obvious he is a dad.

Only interested in the sale. Have tried contacting Scott or someone repeatedly - at least four messages- to get a receipt copy ..pretty simple request - but can’t get a return call from them. Poor business practice to not answer the phone during business hours or at least return the call.

Scott made buying a hot tub and enjoyable experience. He is very professional but still has a great sense of humor. I was very indecisive on which hot tub to buy but he was very patient and helpful through it all. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

A wonderful place. But I stopped going here because I got a severe sunburn after 15 minutes in one of their beds. Ive never had this happen in a tanning bed anywhere else.

Went in to buy some chemicals for our hot tub - had a very good experience. The owner (Scott) took time to explain how and when to use each chemical in detail. I highly recommend buying LOCAL and supporting this business.

I had a terrible experience with Scott at Mirage spas. I went in for chemicals and some advice. Scott was very rude and unhelpful. He insulted.me, chastised my kids and would not answer my questions. I would never shop here again. Stay away from this business.

Owner incredibly rude, unprofessional,and aggressive. If you speak up for yourself as a customer when theyve wronged you he will threaten you and sling insults at you

Scott is simply a rude, crude dude that’s a know-it-all type. I’ve been shopping for a spa in the Santa Fe area and it’s not going to be purchased from this guy. Period!
