Avoid doing business here. I made an appointment with a guy named MJ over the phone When I arrived he said he had no models on the lot that we talked about on the phone. Basically tried a bait and switch when I told him I wasnt interested in any other models other than the one he had on his website he got confrontational at which time my wife and I got up to leave upon getting to the door another heavyset male confronted us saying we sucked as customers and dont come back. Gladly wont

Very nice place to look at mobile homes at your own pace. No pressure to buy, but have to make an appointment for viewing. Very nice staff, willing to work with you and your needs.

Overall, a wonderful experience! Mike Bustamante was very helpful and always answer our questions. Cesar,Juan and team, did a great job on placing our new mobile home. They were very efficient and experienced.

I purchased my home with Zia factory last year and love my new double wide. The staff was great and helped me every step of the way and was able to accommodate all my requests and answer all my questions. Angelic (sales person) was friendly and helped with everything I asked. Buying a new home is scary and exciting but I couldnt have done it without her. Got there not knowing we needed an appointment, but called and they welcomed us in with out a problem.Gave us their list of home and the keys to get in and we were on our way.Their lot was clean and set up easy to get into houses. One can spend their own time looking at the houses.After we were done they gave us information about the unit we were interested in and said they would be in touch.Just make sure to make an appointment.

My family and I recently relocated from Pa to the Santa Fe area. Mike was very helpful with purchasing our home and locating a piece of property for it. The whole staff at Zia was fantastic and very helpful. We absolutely love our new home. Extremely satisfied and love all the room we have.

Angelica Holmes is who we worked with and she was friendly but I think Zia overall is shady.1. They confirmed that the price on the sheet for each home was correct then when the home was chosen they said that the home we previewed was sold and that they would have to order a new one and that the price on the paper was a sale price and we would have to pay $129,000 instead of the advertised and previously confirmed $119,900.2. They agreed that depending on the hard credit check we would pay 7-8 thousand dollars down payment. After the credit check they said we would have to pay $45,000 down payment, which is very far from what we discussed and very unreasonable for us.We will not go with them for any future home purchases and will not recommend them to anyone.

Very bad customer service & many of the 5 star reviews are fake with photos from older reviews. Buying a home from the manufacturer instead since they dont call or respond back.

They said they would contact me right back with info about how we could get the electric, well & septic set up on some land for a new mobile home purchase, that was TWO MONTHS AGO. No one ever called back, poor customer service. Went elsewhere for home purchasing assistance.

The homes Zia builds are beautiful and my tío and tia the Underwoods just purchased it and will be amazing when completed. Definitely recommend them for your new home needs.

Purchased a mobile home with Zia that was a used mobile home and was as is. Just wish I went through the trailer a little bit harder I noticed that door locks were missing and that several other items you wouldnt have known was broke until everything was turned on. I must say they did give me a new stove in place of a stove it didnt work. They are a great staff Pleasant to work with. Just do your homework before you purchase a used or new mobile home from anyone

Tried to come view some of the homes and waited for a hour outside the gate. No one came to open the property when they were supposed to be open. This has made me not want to do business with this place especially after driving a hour to get here.

Staff is helpful but homes are poorly made and the price is a rip off. Youd probably spend more money in repairs/upgrades than the home is worth. The homes smell horrible too, we only looked at 3 homes because the smell was making us feel sick.

I purchased a mobile home from Zia in 1998. I spent $82,000 on my home with this company. So, I called to ask if they could give me a value and I was told that I would have to come in person with $40 cash. In a pandemic...Hows that for customer service.

Zia treated my grandmother great in our home purchase. Was a smooth process and my grandmother was in our her house in less than a month. Thanks Mike!

We were preapproved through their lender on June 17th. The monthly rate was too high and I had discussed applying for a different loan with Mike Bustamante, Sr. and after convincing me to not try to get preapproval for the other loan, we decided not to move forward. I havent spoken to anyone at his office since then.Fast forward to today, they ran our credit again with another mortgage company without our permission. I havent heard from Mike nor the loan officer but a month later they are running our credit? And without talking to us at all. This is their mistake and yet we get to deal with the repercussions.There has been no resolution. We worked with Mike Bustamante Sr. and Jr.

Very friendly and they arent pressuring. Happily showed is the homes we wanted to see. Were thinking of going small and they have a few nice options.
