Just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from these guys a few days ago, and I am absolutely in Love with it! This was the second dealership that I went to that day and it was such a better experience than the first. There was a nice comfortable feel and they had lots of refreshments wich really helped with my littles. Jeff was awsome! He wasnt pushy at all like the others and was really knowledgeable about each of the vehicles that he showed us. He was able to get us a deal that worked perfect for our needs I will definitely be referring him to anyone whos looking to get into a beauty.

We had a recall on our dart. We made an appointment and took it in for service. My wife took the car in and dropped it off in the morning. About 11am she got a call saying that the brakes need to be done that they were metal on metal and its not safe to drive. She called me and being that I work for a local parts store I told her to refuse service and bring the car home and we will do it ourselves. So I get brakes and rotors to replace the bad pads and to my surprise I still have at least half of my pads left. I have heard of this happening before dealerships trying to take advantage of customers and especially female customers. Everyone beware if this dealership says you need work done that you didnt know you needed get a second opinion. I will not take my cars back here.
I bought a car here and I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE. The sales woman who helped me was Kelsey James and she worked magic for me. I called first because my credit isnt the greatest and didnt want to waste anyones time but she told me she loved challenge and asked me to come in. The minute I got there I was welcomed by her running across the sales floor with her arms wide open. We worked on a couple of options and I was ready to give up but she came back one last time and she gave me the best deal Ive EVER had when purchasing a car. I received a call from the manager a day or two after I left the post below. Michael asked if I could be made whole after my visit to SM Chrysler. Several times I explained I didnt think it was possible. After talking back and forth Michael said how about we ie SM Chrysler pay for the work I had to have done in Winnimuca. I thought it through and said that will change my rating. Because we all make mistakes and only a few of us are willing to fix the mistake after the customer is gone. I still think some changes need to be made. Buda? Still needs to communicate better what I said to the person doing the work. After the work was done I should have been shown the bad turbo. And why it needed to be replaced. If indeed there was no low manifold pressure in the permanent memory I should have been shown that as well. But they made it right and that speaks volumes about their business.ThanksClayI have a 2013 3500 ram. I was having trouble driving from Idaho to California. I purchased a code reader. It said that I had low pressure at the rail. I went in and asked Buddha who is the service writer. To look into this for me. I need to stop here and say that Buddha went way out of his way to fit me in. I was from out of town and needed to get my truck running I would give them a five for this. The problem is the downside outweighs the upside. He called me the next day and said that theyre diagnosis was the turbo. And that it would cost me I think around 4 grand to fix. I said what choice do I have do what you have to do. I needed to get back to Idaho and was willing to pay whatever it took. They did the work got the truck back to me seem to be working fine. I left California headed for Idaho. Started having trouble about 2 hours later. I managed to limp all the way to winnemucca. When the truck quit broke down in the middle of the road. I managed to contact the mechanic and winnemucca. And sure enough the problem was the fuel pump. Maybe the turbo is bad maybe it wasnt. But I guarantee you that I believe Santa Maria Chrysler did not diagnose my truck correctly.

Got a message that my car had an issue and required dealer service and would not restart in 100 miles. This was on July 2nd and I live 4 hours away from Santa Maria. I called Santa Maria service and explained the situation and the service tech said he could get me in July 12th. I asked if he could maybe squeeze me in to at least take a look since I don’t live here and now can’t drive my car and he said no. So had to rent a car to go home, come back on the 9th (another tech had a opening on the 9th) to take my car in, found out it was a recall issue that the car had been in twice already for and needed to order parts that would e in Monday. Parts came in Monday but after they worked in it for two days found out they had to order another part so one more day for that to come in. The repair was free but out $1,000 on car rental. This on top of the first time it broke down for this issue we were in Texas and had to do a one way rental home then a plane ticket to pick it up. So this free repair was also expensive. This wasn’t Santa Maria’s issue but stay away from Jeep Cherokee.

I stood there for a while waiting for someone to acknowledge me, but as soon as the manager saw me, (Michael Jordan I believe is his name) he got the associates attention & made sure I was helped right away. Reason why Im giving it 4 stars. Although, I understand that they are very busy, acknowledging the customers as soon as they get there means a lot! I also appreciated the shuttle being readily available to drop you off wherever you need to be.

Ive bought 2 trucks from here. Both experiences were good and their service is top notch. This weekend on my new truck the passenger side mirror blew apart for no apparent reason other than the heating element was on. Im heading there today to get it replaced hopefully under warranty. Should be fun because If I didnt witness it I wouldnt believe it myself. Either way I am completely comfortable in going in and nothing in this decision will change my rating. Don’t care much for the service department here from past experience, so I was hesitant to go in but decided to go any way to check for a 2020 widebody charger. They didn’t have one but Jay Kimiya helped me out and got one ordered. He’s the reason they got my business. Such a cool guy and very helpful. Either he’s really good at playing it off or he truly does try and look out for your best interest. I know..hard to believe from a sales person lol. He’s the man though. Don’t do yourself a disservice and go with anyone else! Ask for Jay!

I called the Fiat dealership to make a service appointment after being notified about a recall part. I was promised I would get a call back when the part came in. I received a call from the service department and was told the part was in. I have a complicated work schedule and live approx 1.5 hour from the dealership. The service dept worked with me and provided a rental vehicle for me. The staff at Enterprise were also very friendly and worked very efficiently with the dealership and me to provide a vehicle in a timely manner. I was treated with respect by all and Maziel the service manager was excellent.

Just bought the car so I didn’t have a vin number handy and the guy said he couldn’t set the appointment until he had a vin number. He got so impatient while I was getting it he told me the keys weren’t going to be available for 2 WEEKS out from Today. Really for ONE key? 2 weeks?
Not able to help people who lost credit score for lack of using credit cards or having something financed in a while. Who wants bills? But who cant get by without an automobile! A co signer is a slap in the face. Im a Veteran and Im retired with a business!
I just bought my 4th Fiat! Everyone in my family has one now. I came in specifically to see the new 2017 Fiat Spider. The staff seems to genuinely love the car and seemed to have fun showing it to me. I can honestly say that this was the first car buying experience that was pure fun. When I arrived, my intention was to just see the car up close and in person but after driving it, I had to have it! I highly recommend my sales rep, Erik. He was very knowledgeable. He was honest and down to earth and made me feel like he had all the time in the world to allow me to make my decision at my pace. I know that I can call if I have questions about my new car. They handled my trade-in very fairly also, which I appreciate. 👍🏼

Careful going in they like to give a higher price on trade to charge you more for the same vehicle you can get down south for about 7 grand less. New vehicles mind you not used. They tell you one thing but they will not keep theyre word. Time wasters

This review is for the service department, I had bought 3 cars, bought parts from them and also done my services there. Apparently as a customer I can’t get a car wash even if I pay for it, honestly after giving my money to the company and they tell me I can’t get a simple car wash and has to get approved by the service manager?
I bought a 2014 GMC Sierra here about 3 weeks ago and the whole experience was too notch!! From the salesman Juan to Joe & Barbara with finances and contract details everyone was very accommodating, polite and did everything they could to make the whole experience go as smooth as possible. Steven de Comarmond really took the extra mile to show us what a Dodge ram was capable of! Hes very personable and friendly and I would highly recommend him for anybody that is buying a car. The vibe of the staff there feels like youre at home, not at a sales lot like most places. The manager was nice too, and when we were sitting down to discuss our budget the rest of the staff left the immediate area to give us our privacy.

My 2016 Jeep diesel quits on the street and has been inoperable 3 times in the coarse of a year and a half of ownership. Santa Maria chrysler Dodge Jeep got it back on the road in 1 week after changing all fuel components including tank pump, injection pump, rails and injectors Thanksgiving weekend. I give 5 stars since the last dealer took over a month to change the tank fuel pump only. Manufacture problems are not the fault of the dealership but the best time to take care of the customer.
