Awesome, first-time experience here. My daughter was celebrating an event and at the last minute I called the store to request a balloon arrangement. She was very nice on the phone, accommodated my last-minute request with a super cheerful attitude, and completely delivered my custom order as expected. Will be returning.

There may be quite a few places to find pinatas and Mexican themed party favors, but none of them come close to this place in terms of overall variety and value. Id been to several places hoping for something perfect for my sisters Mexican inspired birthday. And then I found Balloon Fantasy. The owner was fantastic and really understood my request. I settled on a cactus pinata and a sombrero candy serving pinata. It was hard to choose though. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing some fun party favors or masterful balloon arches.

I usually rent tables and chairs from this place and they usually help us load them up and unload them today I went to unload and drop the chairs and tables back off I had no help and it was just me by myself they had a young girl working there with really long nails she probly didnt want to break them but I am a customer and I should be helped especially if it is just me I will no longer rent from this place do to this experience there is a lot of places out there to rent tables and chairs from that will help a costume load and unload
