One of the employees was super nice and helpful and only reason Im giving 3 instead of 0 stars. The manager had an attitude. The other employee didnt care at all. He tried to lie and say they had no clear items. Went into the store and they had a ton! Items were not ringing up what the sticker on the shelf said and this was the second time out of my three trips there today!

A lot of choices of costumes and good prices get them before they are gone

I had a bad experience. Came in to buy balloons only and it took me 30 just to get balloons. There was five employees four young girls and a male working but they were all very disorganized. They were just talking about personal things and customers started to get angry for having to wait. They then ran out of helium and had to wait another 10 minutes. Customers requested money back and they were told it wasn’t an option.

Customer service was rough. A majority of the young ladies that work at Party City are a pain. The ones that are kind thank you for your kindness. Our family tries to avoid Santa Maria Party City.

Best place for all your party needs. Themed or not, they will have something for you. Also, the best balloons and arrangements in and around the Santa Maria Valley.

They have just about everything you need and the store is very well organized and easy to find what you’re looking for. The staff is great and very willing to help you out I love coming here.

The employees were friendly and helpful. Slim pickens, not surprising so close to Halloween. Got enough to get by for me .

Ok, this is pretty much the only party store in Santa Maria so what options is there really if we need party supplies. Its not always stocked and if its any holiday expect a disaster, customer service is great, fast lines, but compared to other part citys this one needs uplift of items

This place has a huge selection of products from party supplies to costumes to candies. The prices are pretty good, some things are a bit overpriced but there are good deals as well. The store could be maintained a bit better, there were entire sections of isles with no items.

Had a birthday party last Sunday for my granddaughter & we didnt use all the decorations, so I took them back for a refund.. They made it so easy & no hassle! What a pleasure to have a business in Santa Maria with excellent customer service!!

Every time I go the staff is so rude!! I guess I’m not getting balloons! First the girl working there (5/10/19 1pm) completely ignored me like 5 x while I was waiting at the counter. Finally a lady was like “I think she was here first” and she looks and me and says “you have to PAY for the balloons first!” Then I’m like “I just have a question!? But ok..” so I get in line and wait then when it’s my turn ask for glow in the dark balloons and she tells me I have to get out of line to go get the package which is somewhere in the back of the store! I asked for help to find them and she said “you have to get them yourself” 😒So I go and of course I can’t find any!!! So I left! Never spending another penny there! Rude staff, dirty store, they just don’t care. 😩

I love coming here. There are plenty of party decorations to choose from and theres so much color variety for any occasion. Plus they have costumes for Halloween and other stuff.

Cashier didnt offer a bag with our items when checking out. Didnt feel like a valued customer. Didnt get a have a good night or anything.

I was very pleased with party city. They had the best selection of Halloween stuff this year. They also had the best prices.

Will be joining next month. I love what I seen and their month to month membership fee is very reasonable for what is included and you can bring a guest every weekend Free. Im only going to be here for a few months so this is perfect for me and my disability. Looking forward to next month.

Great variety, but poor customer service. Nobody working the floor to help get something about 10 ft up. I had to knock it down myself with a tiki torch.

Very nice store, always clean and inventory is stocked on shelves. The only down fall is they are short staffed. Very greatful to have a party city in Santa Maria.

Fun fun fun store to go in and mess around and a good selection of costumes... ordered my daughter bday balloon bouquet in advance....went to pick up on day of party...only to be told...sorry my ballons werent ready and that they ran out of dang helium....WHAT!!! and couldnt do anything to accommodate or compensate me for the inconvenience...NOT HAPPY!!...wont EVER order ballons from there again.... ALBERTSONS IS ACROSS THE STREET AND HV A PRETTY OK SELECTION TO CHOSE FROM

Terrible customer service!! All their employees seem like theyre addicted to drugs! Very rude, they dont have any patience with customers! They are not kid friendly at all, one of the employees threw the plastic bag at me and didnt even want to do a price check for me! Her eyebrows were drawn in and I swear I thought she was going to shank me! What has our town come to? Very disappointing !!!!
