Store was very clean and the associates took safety precautions for our well being. Our sales associate was professional and very knowledgeable. He owned a sleep number bed so his personal experience helped our decision on which bed to purchase.

My husband and I had a great experience at our local store dealing with Allen. He was super knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of our questions.

The salesperson, Michelle was very knowledgable and efficient. The Manager, Allen is great at what he does and both were a pleasure to work with.

We were greeted by a very nice salesman who immediately took us to a bed where we could feel and see our comfort numbers. The salesman explained very well everything we needed to know. We tried just about every bed to make a good informed decision. The salesman did not try to up sell us. He let us take our time and make the decision that was right for us. Definitely buy the sheets from them for the first set, they were reasonably priced and will make setting the bed up easier. They also are going to take away our old bed!! That is a huge benefit! We look forward to sleeping on our new bed. We would go back to this store again as it was very pleasant to work with!

I never made it to the store and did not want to, I have an aversion to sales people. BUT what did happen was important to me.I knew the bed I wanted, had done the intensive background. My girlfriend has a higher model than I wanted, so I knew I wanted a Sleep Number, I knew the model and why I felt it was best for me and my budgetCalled the store and wen we got to two items my brakes went on...a phone App to make it work (I do not need my phone talking to my bed) and $200 for delivery and setup.I stopped the conversation with the sales person over the phone and told him I would have to think about it10 minutes after I had hung up with him, he called back and explained that there were older models available and that he thought they may be a good fit. he explained the following:1. the next model up was in the price points I was looking at2. this model could be shipped UPS3. this model had the original remote and not phone AppI told him immediately that he had a deal and we closed in 5 minutes.Without his follow through, I would not have a bed ready to ship (and when is that, no one can tell me?)Without his kind thoughts Sleep Number would be without a customerCordiallyScott

What a wonderful experience! That was the most comfortable, leisurely sale we have ever experienced! Kudos to Alan, the Santa Maria, CA store Manager, for making the experience so easy. He really knew his stuff and showed us all the levels of beds, not just the really pricey ones. Cant wait for our delivery!

Allen was great.I did my homework before going in.I had some concerns, but Allen answered all my concerns.If you have any concerns the sleep number incs gives you 100 nights to try it out that is great.We were impressed.Cant wait to get the bed..

It was horrible. I hated this bed I bought. I had to return it and I had to pay for the frame they would not take the frame back. they told me they told me that they told me I would have to pay for the frame if I wanted to return the bed. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes a soft bed.
