The facility looked very clean and tidy. It was very easy to locate books. The cashier was very friendly. I wished prices were lower but that is college for you.

Book I needed was not in stock. I need my book. Class starts soon.

Due to covid you cannot enter the bookstore. All transactions are done through a window, 1 or 2 people at a time. DO NOT feel like it will be a quick trip,in and out... I waited 2hrs in line... and am not even sure if I have the right books...

Graduation on 05/21/21 - friendly and helpful staff

I turned in my book and the book was pretty old when I got it and when I went to return it they made me pay for it because there was damage witch I didn’t do. It was a old book when I got it and I rarely used it and it was a pretty expensive book I had to pay for . The lady was also in a rush witch made it worse. 😔

Long line since it is the first week of school. Very efficient, someone met me as I was 3 people deep in the line and asked me what I needed. By the time I got to the window my books were waiting for me, paid and on my way.

Good service

AWFUL assistant manger (Joan Shea - older lady with glasses). Tells you one thing over the phone but when you get there its the complete opposite. It amazes me she works at a college, let alone an assistant manager. Would highly recommend she sign up for English classes to learn how to properly convey the CORRECT information. Ultimately walked out and will not be back. Will be getting my books elsewhere from now on.

Order and shipping was fast and easy. My pickup experience was TERRIBLE. An older lady with glasses was handling the online orders and she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I went in prepared with my confirmation email printed and in hand with my order number ready. I’ve been through the process before. She talked down to me and acted like I was bothering her. It’s your job to handle the pick up orders and your getting paid to do it, at least have a positive attitude and a smile on your face instead of ruining the rest of my day with your bad customer service.

Couldnt be more satisfied with the great service, convenience, and perfect selection of supplies, snacks, and Hancock gear! And of course every book you need for the classes offered at Hancock at competitive prices. Overall great place

Tania was nice and helpful... The other two women were rude (white and chinese)women. Had an incident with a book, returned it accidently to the library and once she got a hold of the book she asked me if i can read correctly since i didnt return it to the bookstore. Very rude and unprofessional!!!

Has to be the bedt. Junior colege around cause peple alwsys tranfer from questa to allan hancock good clean campus on real issue is parkring during school semster dall spring etc is near impossible.improve parking and i give 5 stars.
