The manager today, 05/22/21 Peter, was such a great help. We are thankful for his patience and professionalism, his customer service is top notch! The entire team today was very helpful, especially the girl will the curly shoulder length hair. She helped me pick out a great boot. We appreciated all the staff today as you all were very Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

Finally after two months of looking around and internet and asking people where they got their boots I decided to go buy my two pairs. My black one and brown one. Well I went in and to my shock the lazy employee saidsorry we are ready let in the last customer that meant get out we dont want your business. Believe me I will never go in there ever again. The store was packed with people I knew what I wanted I was going to be there max 10 minutes. But again horrible service I give them a 0

Love this the girl Brianna works on mondays she is very good at helping you find and decide what you like look good in or want.

There is a large selection of boots, work wear, and western wear. With that said, the store is overcrowded and poorly organized. The customer service is terrible, there are plenty of employees to help but they dont. Employees will look at you and walk past with zero attempt to be helpful. This together with the poor layout make for a terrible experience. I would only recommend this store as a last resort, as there are similar stores in the area with much better service.

The staff was very helpful and the store was stocked floor-to-ceiling with merchandise. Ask the staff about sales and discounts that they have going on. It might not be advertised but they may have sales going on. High quality items at a decent price.

Dont come here if you want any variety in decent height composite toe boots, maybe two or three to choose from. Good variety if you like steel or soft toe boots. Hard to find a size 8 in much though. I had hoped for more from Danner and Thorogood options.

I Went 40 minutes before closing and the store was full no assistance on the floor and when it was time to close they didnt wait untill the last customer they started telling everyone that the register was close, bad service.

Rude got there 15 minutes before 8 and the manager said they were close she had somewhere to be, store was nearly empty, At the Santa Maria California store
