The water tastes great, but the delivery is horrible. I was skipped, given extra bottles, charged randomly, deliveries would not show up without notice, then randomly show up days late without warning so youre woken up at 6am to a knock from the delivery driver asking for your empty.The delivery drivers are very kind, but the office staff doesnt seem to want to help and is extremely defensive on the phone. Overall very poor experience, but again the water is good so Im giving two stars instead of one.

Best water station setup Ive ever seen. If you go inside you can use The ultra fast filling Machines. I fill 2-5 gallon jugs in under 30 seconds.

Great water but outside refillers waste a lot of water. Goes over 5 gallons to fill 5 gallon jug. Inside is on point, it js closes really early.

The service from the driver is good. The office is scandalous. Cancelled my service and rather than refund my deposit they charged me a $25 fee. Save yourself the headache.After cancelling my service and turning in ALL of the bottles (for which we were already charged a deposit on each one) we were supposed to receive a refund. I looked at my bill and they showed that they picked up the bottles and actually charged me for another bottle deposit so they would not have to refund my money. When I called and asked the lady said oh we have to show all the bottles returned so we have to charge another deposit on the bottle. What the heck is wrong with this place? Not only did they collect an extra $25 from us they wanted more. This is called stealing!

This is where I get drinking water for my family. Its an easy process to fill my own. They even have a cart to help out to your car.

You can fill multiple bottles at the same time. They have carts so you dont have to carry your full bottles to your car. You dont need change they take $1-$20 to pay for your water.

Love the taste of Duplican water, plus very nice people and lots of options for new water bottles.

It is cheap and their water is refreshing.
