I never thought Id be compelled to review a battery place, but the people at this location are so helpful! They answered all my questions about batteries and RVs then found the right battery for my use case and made the wiring I needed and even provided some spare parts. I love when people love their job and are good at it-- which these guys are!

I was very impressed with the help I received when I went there. They were very knowledgeable, and not just trying to sell you something no matter what. I actually was told I didnt need to buy anything,they tested my battery, and changed the connections, cleaned my cables up, and I was on my way with nothing more than a thank you for charge. It was a great experience so when I do end up needing a battery this is the first place I will be heading once again..

Had a great experience at interstate batteries Location Santa Maria CA. Ryan was very friendly and helpful.I purchased a marine deep cycle battery group 24 . They were very busy today and some customers were just Repeating themselves again and again I noticed Ryan has great patience. He never got frustrated or used any sarcasm I was amazed at his Level of Calmness and human compassion . If you want Great customer service I encourage you to stop in interstate batteries you won’t be disappointed. Ryan took his Time to set my business up in the computer system with out me asking and even Asked me if he could put the battery in the back of my truck it was only 10 feet away ... Great service. Took my Battery in and although it took a couple of days to get a full charge, the customer service was 5 stars across the board. I thought he was going to tell me to get a new battery. He took my completely dead battery and brought it back to life. all for free! saved me some $$$. Thanks!!

These guys have great customer service skills knowledgeable and help me get the battery I need it at a best price I could possibly get from a trusted company. I bought a battery at Walmart and now the batteries at Walmart only have a one year warranty and my battery has been sitting in my truck not driven and totally died in a year and two months and Walmart would not help me so I never will buy a battery at Walmart ever again in my life cuz it seems like Walmart does not care about their customers and if you want to get the best battery you got to go to interstate and deal locally with people who care about the customers

I always bought over prized batteries at autozone. One day my used car wouldnt start and I realized it had an IB in it so I decided to give them a call. They told me to bring the battery in to get it tested and turned out it was bad. To my luck the battery still had warranty from previous car owner some years back so they gave me another one for free (plus a small fee). Autozone wanted $190 for some cheap battery, IB had a better quality one for $145 but all I paid was like $20 for a replacement. since then I always get my batteries from IB. The quality is great and warranty even better. Also the staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly unlike those kids working at autozone.

Very, very helpful staff with a great customer attitude. The batteries are very high quality with a long life. The two engine-start Interstate batteries that I replaced today had been in regular use on my Deisel-pusher RV for over 15 years. The deep-cycle Interstate batteries had lasted 7-8 years.

The battery we bought lasted longer than the new batteries we looked at rated for 20 and 24 month and at five times the price we paid for the battery from these folks. Going to stick with these folks from here on out as long as the quality remains the same. Definitely impressed. Rare nowadays to get greater value than expected. This was one of those rare occasions.Hoping the same for future purchases.

The salesmen were helpful. The storefront is nice, but when you walk into the store it’s not a nice retail environment. You walk straight into the warehouse. But I was in and out within 5-10 minutes with my new battery. I would go back again.
