Jeff from Abbey Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job! He is very professional, friendly and courteous. He made sure that our home was looked after like his own. We couldn’t be happier with the hard work, attention to detail, and excellent customer service that Jeff provided.

So thankful to Abbey for a great experience. Jerri is very knowledgeable and experienced and led us to the right flooring for our home. Joanne, the owner, made the ordering and installation so easy. Saul and Felix, the installers, were very professional and detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. They know their craft! Our flooring is beautiful and meets our expectations in every way.

Abbey Carpet & Floor did 3 rooms and all the hall closets when we bought a house recently. They did a great job, good price, and were so friendly and fast. The new owner really knows her stuff! Wed visited there previously to buy scrap carpet for dog stairs we built on Fathers Day last year, and they loved the idea so much they just gave us the carpeting. So when we moved we knew we wanted to use them and are so glad we did! Its been 5 months now and the floor still looks amazing

Our experience started with visiting the Santa Maria store location. We met Bob who acted promptly and professionally to help us with our questions as well as the pre-installation inspection at our home. The installation team, Felix and Saul, continued this high level of promptness and professionalism through out the entire job; including follow-up as needed. I can not express adequately the peace of mind we had knowing that the terrific team at Abbey Carpet was on the job!!!

I had Abbey Carpets send Luie by himself to install our carpets in our house. How one person could move all the furniture and install our carpets, I thought would be impossible. He did it all and did he do a great job! In addition, Abbey had the best price of the other two competitors in San Luis Obispo.Thank you Abbey Carpets.

Had a new laminate floor installed over the past 2 days. The choice we made was outstanding and made our living room, dining, and hallway look fantastic over the carpet that came original with the home when we bought it.Both Carlos and Esteban did a great job with the removal, prep and install of the new flooring. They were very professional and cleaned up as they worked. As for cost, I will say that Abbeys price was fair and competitive. A big plus was that they did our kitchen floor way back in early 2000, and was glad to have used them again.

Geri is the one to see, she really knows her stuff. Abby carpet is fair, reasonably priced and they stand behind their work. The rest of the staff is awesome as well..These are good people

Abbey Carpet and Floor has done nearly all of the flooring in my house over the past 4 years. They have always been professional, thorough, well-priced and promptly deliver on their promises. When the movers ruined a section of the new laminate, the owner replaced it immediately and came out personally to inspect it. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my flooring needs.

Bob was very helpful. I need specific measurements for an area carpet and he helped me measure and cut resulting in a perfect fit!

My experience with Abbey in Santa Maria was very good. The owner and staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers, Carlos and Esteban were truly superior in taking care to do everything well. I had a contractor tell me that I could have gotten a better deal with someone else but I am certain that I could not have gotten a better installation than what I got. The price was certainly fair and reasonable.I have had carpet installed based on price and lived to regret it. Installation problem are irritating and may not show up for some time. I hung out to watch the installation, which took all day, so that I could be sure that things were being done right. Carlos and Esteban exceeded my expectations from beginning to end.I am very happy with my choice to have Abbey install carpeting in my 4 bedroom house.

After a horrible experience elsewhere, Gerri at Abbey’s was amazing. She hustled to get us exactly what we wanted at what price we wanted to pay. Also while there the other employees came up and also offered to help in anyway they could. Very comfortable atmosphere, didn’t feel pressured to buy but very glad we did and will do in the future!

The staff is very helpful locating styles of flooring you are interested in. Their install people are very professional and timely.
