I walked in willing to upgrade to a new expensive iPhone but unfortunately i was treated like a peasant. A Caucasian female with colored eyes judge me by my appearance and gave me a dirty looked . I was so heated and decided not to do business with Verizon. Verizon needs to work on getting humble people to provide good costumer service.

Zak was amazing, very helpful and quick I had called customer service to do a curbside pick up due to me not wanting to go in the store because i felt like it would take forever, and customer service wasnt able to finish my transaction so he ended up sending me into the store. Zak greeted me, and he started my transaction . I had told him my experience with customer service and he got me in and out . Great attitude and great customer service.

I came in with my mom and purchased two phones. Eddie Osuna helped us out. He was very friendly and made good conversation with us. He made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Definitely recommend him as he made this experience fast and easy. Ask for Eddie 10/10

They were great. I walked in a nice Lad helped me get a cover for my new phone I bought at Sprint. But Sprint didnt have any covers for my phone, can you believe it. I had to go to a whole different phone store to get help because I couldnt get it at the store I bought my phone at. Verizon stepped right in and took care of me. Worst experience ever. We own two businesses and our account is a business account. I am a manager, have been for many many years. These young people who work at this store argued with me about what they made a mistake on the first place. Own your mistakes! I just cant believe how downhill customer service has gone during this pandemic. Ridiculous!!! We will never go to this store again.

I went to this location twice last week because my dad’s phone broke. Oscar took care of us and he did a great job! He told us he was new but he worked quickly and answered all of our questions. He made our experience better than we expected. We got the iPhone XR & he did a great job getting the phone for us and helping us transfer content from my dad’s old Android to the iPhone.

Gotta give a massive prop shout out reccomendation for promotion plus saying that my guy David needs to be the training guy for Verizon of service reps on how to sell cell phones cause hands down best example of how to provide a quality cell phone buying experince for the customer. I came in the store with a phone in mind and was saying ill get the one im after but David knew what I really wanted. That is very rare and i cant be more happy with my LG V60 5g phone. Cant wait for the dual screen and Verizon is lucky to have a staff member the likes of David cause wow what a very pleasurable knowledgeable perfessional give the customer the best of the best glad im part of the verizon community cause aint no one doing what you guys are doing. Flawless customer service. Mind blown that i walked out that day with a happiness that was more then I bargained for very luckily. Cant get any better then that. Make David the head of customer service represenative guy or something cause woah he knows how to make the customer have a very rare expierence of quality professionalism recognizing the customers needs even when the customer isnt informed about the available options. That will go down as something that only happens when your a kid during Christmas and you got the biggest pile of gifts to open. Thats the only thing that I can relate to the experience I had at this great verizon store. 10 outa 10 would reccomend again and again and make sure i give em Davids name. Jose/Freddie is very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new upgrade and made sure that we understood everything about it before we left . This guy definitely knows his stuff and I would recommend him anytime.

Manuel was very helpful with helping me and my grandson get our new phones. Even came back into the store when he saw us return later to help my grandson get his stuff onto his new phone. Much happier coming here than the other store and I felt very welcomed by the friendly staff.

I went in today for three simple reasons: get a phone for my girlfriend, switch to an unlimited data plan, and make sure we both have service in Canada for our upcoming trip. I was helped by Stacy and she did an amazing job. She helped me get a discount for a bundle for my girlfriends phone which included a case and screen protector. She was kind and very easy to talk to and was of great help when it came to upgrading my data plan from 12 GB per month to unlimited. Highly recommend this store and I encourage you guys to ask for Stacy.

We came in having an idea of what we wanted for my 68-year old brother and sure I did not want to spend a large amount of money! Richard was great- he explained all my options, understood I wanted to keep things reasonable and helped us figure out something that ended with a good option for my brother, me a new phone and a lower monthly bill!! I went in this Santa Maria Verizon store for the first time to upgrade my phone not knowing what to expect. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the superior level of service and professionalism given from Will Franklin and Hector his management. The transaction took a while not because of the store, but on account that I had not backed up to the cloud lately and this process took a while. I was not made to feel rushed at all. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return soon for the next purchase.

I rarely go into a Verizon store. When I do, I rarely have to wait. This last time, was no exception. Everyone was super nice. A very personable employee named G helped me. I went in due to a problem with service. Got that resolved and granted I walked out with more than I had planned on, but I kinda knew that was going to happen. I really did need a new phone 😏. So I went there to ask some questions and it was very busy which I understand so I was waiting patiently to be helped. Got my new phone, it turned out to have a bug. They offered to fix it or exchange it. I agreed to exchange it, only to find out they didnt have the phone I wanted anymore. They had to bring it in from another store. They fixed the one I got and promised the one I wanted would be ready for pick up the following day. I showed up (left work early and cancelled overtime $$$), only to find out that the they couldnt exchange the phone because someone else was already making payments on the phone they were going to exchange me. Then they say they have to order a new phone it could be in on Sat or on Monday. Not to mention everytime you go in there it takes an hour plus to figure anything out. So I was there for another hour and walked out without a phone. We will see what Saturday or Monday brings. So far not happy.

Came in with a broken phone. Didnt want a new one. But after looking at options and Hector making it easy to transfer my stuff. The new one is what I got. Thank for you patience today.
