I’ve never left a bad review before nor did I ever feel it was necessary to. But today, I was triggered with this particular experience. I came in 30 minutes before closing time hoping to get a gift for my friend. I was hoping to be in and out. I wasn’t asking for top notch customer service, but come on! I didn’t even get a simple acknowledgement as a customer. So, I went to the only person there earlier tonight. I had to show her the color and style of the shoes I was interested in buying for my friend hoping she can direct me to it, instead she gave me an uncomfortable, irritated look as if she couldn’t wait to kick me out of the store. Gave me an attitude with an unpleasant tone and corrected the the color name I may have mistakenly pronounced. Oh and the rolling of the eyes. I’m sorry for asking you a question. I’m sorry for trying to do business with you. If you don’t need my business, I’ll be more than happy to go elsewhere. Someone please check on this young lady’s customer service skills. It’s not rocket science to be a decent human being. I get people have bad days, but at least be decent. I won’t be back.

Good store overall, the only reason I’m rating 4 out of 5 stars is because they try to pack dirty display shoes along with the cleans ones they have in the back.

I only gave 4 stars because I called ahead of time to see if there were Nike Rosche shoes in a certain size and the lady rudely said, Let me check, then quickly asked what color. I told her and she said, Oh, we no longer carry that shoe! I was just in the store 3 days before and the wall was stocked heavily with multiple colors, including the color I asked for. Where the sales xounter is, the shoes are totally visible. So I decided to go and check anyway since they were for my daughters birthday and she reallly wanted this shoe. I walked in and the lovely associate (Sorry but I cant recall her name) was so helpful and not only did I purchase the exact shoe for my daughter that supposedly they no longer carry, but I purchased a pair for myself!! I made them aware of it and heard the rude one, with the dyed blond hair, getting short with a customer and I knew her voice right away. Thank goodness I drove there to check or would have to wait for this shoe to be shipped from Nike. I have always liked this store but that associate probably should not be in customer service. Not only was she rude but she has probably cost the company a lot of money by being too lazy to look for a shoe from a potential paying customer.

The employee that attended me was not the best. We waited 1 hour for some one to attend us and when they did he was in a bad mood.
