CVS is very inaccurate for making proper Covid-19 vaccination appointments. Very long story, but to summarize; they are incorrect about what vaccines they actually have at each location, as well as whether walk-ins are accepted. Neither online when I made my appointment, nor customer support who supposedly confirmed my appointment and vaccine type gave me correct info. I basically wasted 3 hours of my day.This whole thing involved making an appointment for Moderna online, getting confirmation of a Pfizer appointment, calling CVS and supposedly having that corrected, traveling to the 1st location, being told that they only have Pfizer, but if I called the location across town, they have Moderna and can do a walk-in. Calling 2nd location and being told they have appts but I could only get in if I made another appointment online. Going home and going through the entire process again and noticing that they no longer have appointments available but they do accept walk-is. Calling back and again being told appointment only... I cannot do this on a week day as I work out of town and had a reaction last time so I need to do a Saturday so I can recoup Sunday.When it was all said and done, I was unable to get the correct vaccine and I now have an appointment at Sav-On in a week.
CVS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. THEY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED AND BANKRUPT. THEY OFFER NOTHING TO AMERICA. AGAIN. WE NEEED TO BOYCOTT CVS.

Worst customer service ever. Called a few days ago and spoke to a really nice lady in pharmacy and she was able to help me and answered all my questions. She said she’d call back with an update on my medication. I called back today to follow up since I didn’t get a call back and after waiting forever to get the phone picked up a women (who said was the pharmacist) answered by yelling “you have a question?” I asked her for a follow up and she was being extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept cutting me off and didn’t let me speak. Said she’d look into the medication and call back but didn’t even know who I was??? Asked for a supervisor and she said no. Canceled my prescription there and went to rite aid where Elizabeth was able to help me transfer it. GO ELSEWHERE 🚫🚫🚫
If I could I wouldnt leave any stars! I asked to speak to a manager to the cashier Yolanda that was helping me because she was rude & unprofessional, but she stated she was the manager. She didnt have a name tag showing her title as manager, so I assume she was lying. The line was extremely long and there was only one cashier! Dont recommend this horrible CVS store & I wont be returning!
I like CVS but they never seem to have my favorite perfume. I keep going back and back and they always say they dont know when its coming in. Not very friendly the staff. They act like they dont want there and so they treat their customers as tho they are a burden. I dont like going into this store but I do because its near my home.
I think they rip off customers. If there is an item in the wrong place or wrong price they dont honor that price. When you want a refund and you loose the receipt on a defective item they wont refund you even if you have a bank statement of the fee you paid with their name. Basically they still your money.

I dropped off a prescription and I was told in 15 min. Came back in 20 min, waited in line for 10 min to be told that their medicine was expired. They called other cvs and was on hold for 10 min. Until another pharmacists called the doctors direct line. To make story short went to the other pharmacy and waited 45 additional min to obtain muscle spasm medication.
