On September 3, 2021, I sent an e-mail to the local branch 922 with an attachment of a dinner ticket fundraising with the following instructions:Estimate of costNumbered: 1 - 2004 tickets per pageCut & perforated.White cardstockI received the following response-“ Looking at 45.00, we will need to send to our regional print service, will take 4 to 5 days, we do have another option we can discuss if you wish to come in that may take less time and we can have done by monday.” So I went in and A tried to set it up on a Avery template but they were too small so I reverted back to my original order. She told me to pay the numbering up front before it can be sent out so I did. I got an e-mail on September 4th telling me that the numbering is done but we were out of town so I e-mailed back to go ahead and print it. The response was I have to pay for it first. I went in on the morning of September 9th to pay for it but J can’t find the order so he referred to my e-mail & rang me up. He said he will call me when it’s finished. I thought I’d get a call in a couple of days but when no call came, I called and was told that my order won’t be back until Wednesday, 9/15th. 9/16th came around and no call so I called. I was told that they did not know who owned the tickets so they gave it to G who owns Golden Corral Restaurant. I asked why? Golden Corral is on the ticket as the location of our fundraising but G has nothing to do with this order. So I went to Golden Corral to pick up the tickets then it dawned on me that the reason why I paid so much was because there was no purchase order. It got printed in color instead of black & white as I had indicated to A. I paid $26.09 for the number set up and $51.11 for printing & perforation. I’ve used Office Depot for decades to print out tickets and others but this has never happened before and I am very disappointed. Since time is crucial, we lost valuable days in selling tickets, thus, I’m sending this feedback.

Poor delivery service, worse customer serviceOn 1/23/21 I ordered a small printer which was in stock at an Office Depot about an hour away from my residence. The delivery time was estimated at two days.On 1/28/21 I still had not received the printer, so I logged onto Office Depot website to track my order. Fact is, there is no tracking, just a generic update, eg ordered, shipped, delivered. While I had an email saying the printer had been shipped, but the website only showed ordered?The shipping company isnt made clear on their website and is not shown on the emails from Home Depot. It is named TForce, which has a one star review on Yelp. So I called TForce to have them track my printer, and after a long wait time all they could say was for me to check back in 24 hours.So I phoned Office Depot, and after waiting 15 minutes all they could tell me is that they will do an investigation and for me to call back in 24 hours? I then asked to speak to a supervisor as it was obvious the customer service agents first language is not english and perhaps the communication gap was causing issues. So I asked to speak to a supervisor to, ideally, speed up the process of getting me the printer I paid for one day one. After waiting on hold for 1.5 hours to speak to a supervisor I finally realized the jokes on me.Very funny Office Depot, take a customers money then screw with him when you cannot even speak to the customer about the delivery.
I purchased yesterday some office supplies and when I was waiting in line at the middle counter, one of their staff, Chris, offered his help to assist me at the other counter. I was confused which coupons to use but he explained to me very well and helped me to get the best deal. I saved a lot of dollars because of his help. Excellent customer service. For so many years, my husband and I have been loyal customers of Office Depot - always with great service and great deals.
Stock isnt as big as Best Buy. What they have is quality. Courteous service. Good prices. Attention to detail. Great wheelchair accessibility.

I was there and asked to a guy named A. Info. About ink jet cartridge refill and he laughed in front of my face. Like i was asking a ridiculous question maybe he doesnt know cartridge can actually be refill. Some businesses close for lack of customers. Bad customer service has a lot to do in that part.he could have say it in a nice way, if, they do not have that service available, there is no need to be rude, he say he has 11 years working there, maybe he us jus tired of been there, been rude does not add to the business

Brought in a laptop for a data transfer as the hard drive had failed. Called for an update and the technician said he was having difficulty opening the laptop to access hard drive. After a brief conversation he said he would call me back after he tried a little more. About an hour late he called back and claimed he couldnt get the laptop open at all without breaking it. He claimed he was watching videos on YouTube and couldnt figure it out. This was very unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Disheartening to see this store allow politics and anti Christian bias dictate their business. They are for abortion, for gays (how ironic! gays having babies!) against Christianity but for Muslims? Buddhas? Left or liberal rallies? All this stuff they will print- business as business- but Christianity is a no-no. Seriously people it is time to wake up and curtail the encroachment of evil into American life.

Its ok for an office supply store. The layout is kind of weird, and they dont have a lot of electronics in stock. If you are electronics shopping visit another store first.
It took them almost 40 minutes to print 1 regular picture. Computers are extremely slow and cant even read a usb drives.Update your computers! Thats how you make money!
