I have always Loved this place, but today the 2 workers didnt interact with the customers at all. The place was dirty and there were flies in with cookies. Three of the spigot didnt work at all. A family of 5 came in and only one of them even had a mask. The workers said nothing to them, then we realized neither of them had theirs pulled up over their noses. If you are concerned with sanitary conditions definitely dont go there.

If I could put zero stars I would!!! As a employee at this place it’s disgusting, unorganized, & disappointing. I tried my hardest to keep this place clean & it was never once cleaned.. the floors are black & stinky and the back is filled with dried up yogurt on the floor & the machines are never cleaned!!!! Not to mention my co-worker worked overtime & didn’t get paid extra! & I have Several checks of mine bounced and my most recent one didn’t show up. The owner has lied to all the employees about when the money would show up and as of right now they (the owner) are not responding to our texts or calls. There are plenty of other yogurt stores that have better yogurt, so please do not support this business & lying to the workers at AG! If you plan on applying to this job DONT you won’t get paid!!!! Managers here don’t pay staff on time. As well as provide a clean organized working store. Owners have insufficient funds and don’t care when it comes to checks NSF. Would not recommend to work nor eat here in the future.

You raised your prices again. Your yogurt quality has gone down tremendously. It isnt even creamy anymore. Its like eating ice crystals now. The worst frozen yogurt Ive ever had. Never going back again.

Staff was nice and friendly. The froyo was like eating lightly flavored ice. Toppings were stale. Store was on dirty side. And there were limited flavors... I tried 4. No good. I wanted to like it here.

Why say you close at 10pm on a Friday online and on the store front and then won’t let people in past 9pm. Maybe think about changing your store hours so someone doesn’t make a special trip just to be turned away.

Just left there today, half the machines were broken, terrible flavors. Theyre apparently ALL NON DAIRY FroYo now, which sounds fine but it was like eating vanilla flavored water/ice shavings. Like when a recipe calls for milk and you think powdered milk will be fine. Its not, its TERRIBLE. My son and I got 2 small cups of vanilla and hot fudge, a NORMAL amount, like a pump of it and they charged us $10. Think reverse monopoly with this one. Do pass, do not go, go directly to a gas station freezer and get an ice cream cone cuz itd be cheaper and taste better

Manager rescheduled my interview several times, then didnt show up without emailing or texting me to cancel.

Very friendly staff but did not care for the taste or flavor selection. Toppings were stale. I could not even finish it. Unfortunate because I like these smaller chains usually.

This was was horrible the frozen yogurt didn’t even taste good at all and the toppings are Stale do yourself a favor and save your money what a waste

Store was closed when i arrived at 8pm but website says open till 10pm as does google maps.

Nice young ladys running the store. Clean. I didnt see the restroom. I realized that the consistency of the yogurt is always great. Snd choices we really good. I ordered too much! But i was happy.

A family favorite. A bit pricey but always yummy. Good variety of flavors and toppings. I wish there were more indoor seating, however.

I like stopping by the place & their different flavors of yogurt to choose from. They do have rewards program with up to $5 covered per visit. Always clean and organized, wide variety of toppings: nuts, different type of candy, sauces, love the fresh fruit myself. Indoor seating & a few tables/chairs outside of the store. They do charge by weight of each cup. They also keep a stock of pint yogurts ready to go.I thing I dont like is no customer bathroom.

Since this has been under new ownership it has severely gone down hill. The website has stayed under construction since they have taken over so you can never see what flavors are available and the last few times my husband and I have gone it has been dirty and dirtier. To the point the last time we went there was about a cup of yogurt and toppings smeared all over the floor with 2 employees giggling and gossiping and no care to clean it up and the counter was covered with spilled toppings and sticky when you put your hand on it. We will not be back until the basics of cleanliness are improved.

Cute place! Its small, but its a yogurt shop so the size is appropriate. I like that their flavors are always alternating, and their staff is friendly too.

Small clean environment, self serve yogurt, lots of toppings, 6-8 new flavors a day, past flavors in quarts in the freezer. Over the past few months this store has changed. They no longer update their flavors everyday, the biggest size cup has been eliminated and the flavors they have available arent really good. Also they charge by the weight, so dont go overboard on the toppings.

A good selection of frozen yogurt and a huuugeeee amount of toppings. Like wow. Thats a lot of toppings to choose from. This place is great.

My best place to come with my friends and family. One because there is variety of flavors you can chose from and there yummy.
