We use this fastenal location several times a week for our hardware needs. Staff is professional and very helpful. Jason is very knowledgeable branch manager, and takes good care of his customers. Lindsay at the front desk is also very quick to help and get you what you need.

DONT WASTE TOUR TIME!!!!!! These guy don’t know what they are doing. They hardly could help me find the bolts I needed. Firstly the bag of bolts I needed said there was 100. It the bag was open. I asked the guy “are you sure there’s 100 in there” he responded back rude “YES doesn’t it say that in the bag.” So when I got to my shop I was short 15 bolts. I’d figure it was to far to drive for 15 bolts. So I went to the Home Depot where at least they know how to help and don’t cheat you product. Bad business!!

The young lady at the counter was vary off putting. And seemed to have a short temper.I found what I needed but had to buy more than I needed. These guys need to work on the aditude. A little more cheerful help.That was last time. This time same lady but the experience was way better. They had what I wanted in stock. They did a much better job this time.

Went in to buy bolts I needed and tools. To start of with the gentlemen that was in the counter totally ignored me when I walked up to him. I dont care if he was busy but at least he couldve said something. My whole time there was a waste of time I didnt get help and I couldnt find what I needed. As to the last comment this store need to reevaluate their personnel. Guy was light skin, short, sort of bald and looked mad totally unattentive.
