Never returned calls for quote. Went with another company who did. Sorry people, but customer service is key in my world & you didnt follow through. You were actually recommended for a quote by the company I went with because they followed up.

The technician showed up at my house and when I went back inside to get a mask he told me that he wouldnt wear a mask and they could send someone next week that would wear a mask. He then proceeded to tell me if I thought the mask would protect me I was mistaken. I and a household member are high risk and I corrected him and informed him that by wearing a mask I am protecting him and if he wore a mask he was protecting me. I told him never mind as I did not want him walking through my house without a mask. Not very accommodating when I asked him nicely to protect me. Wont be recommending you and its too bad as you were recommended to me.

Our garage door went to pieces yesterday! We called Hamon mid day, a kind woman took our information, and a repairman came out quickly to fix the door. Our repairman Mike was courteous and kind and to my amazement put our garage door back together quickly!! The door works better now than it has in years!! I am so impressed with Mike and the company. We will have him back soon to replace the opener and would recommend them VERY highly to anyone!!

Called and had my garage door spring replaced the same day by a courteous and professional young man. No big up-sell for parts or service I did not need. I would recommend Hamon to anyone. A safe choice.

After a very upsetting accident resulting in my convertible car wrapped through the garage door, we called Hamon for help. Two men showed up very promptly and with thoughtfulness to not causing further damage, extricated the car and patched the door together enough that our home is secure until we can replace it. They were professional and polite. Will have them do the replacement as well.

Great service over the phone and they were willing to come right over to repair the broken spring. This was especially nice since the door had broken in the afternoon on Thanksgiving eve. I am very happy with the great repair and tune up along with honest advice and a price that was better than the competition who only had an appointment window four days later. Thank you!

Well, for $65, we got a garage door tune-up. Greg H. came by and showed me what he fixed: from installing longer screws that would go into the drywall and through some of the wood to stabilize the rails, to the kind of oil to keep the springs going.... I appreciate being educated as a consumer.Yeah, he showed up a little later than promised, but I was okay with that considering that another company in town couldnt make a commitment to a time until the next day sometime in the afternoon. Plus, their quote was pricey.Hamon Overhead Door Co., this first-time customer will be a return customer.

Terrible customer service! I called at 10:00a and was told someone could respond around 11:00a to my door stuck up. Granted, my bad on the door, but thats not relevant to the service. I called a little before noon and was told they could not contact the technician. Around 1:30p I finally got a call from the tech who said he was assigned another repair job before me and would not make it to me before 3:30p (thats 4.5 hours after her was supposed to be here). I attempted many time to call the office to get an explanation and (after answering my call on the first ring all day) suddenly all my calls go to their voicemail during their business hours.

Very friendly, very professional. They came out on time and their garage expert fixed my door in no time flat. Lindsey was the repair technicians name, he is a “garage door artist”. Highly recommend this company!
