Unmotivated saleswoman talking about conspiracy theories and big pharma profits with senior citizen security guard from the mall. my wife and I wear t shirts and hoodies and we were in the market for a spa and would have spent anywhere between 50-75k on what we were looking for but we decided to just leave because dont really feel like doing business with standoffish brutes in a dead mall who are more concerned about talking about their short position or what they heard on the radio that day about Politics. Typical. If we wore our bank accounts on our sleeves it would be a different story I am sure, why would I do business with someone like that?The type of people who can spend 50k on a spa in 2021 in cash arent mall security guards, or brutes in an empty mall for a reason, I suppose.

I love my new spa and use it mostly every day. As I do allot of sports activity and work on my feet, it is great therapy physically and its a tranquil place to chill mentally. Installation was a breeze after the the install of the electricity. The electrician they recommended, was awesome as well. Im really glad I went with 240 wiring...more power to the jets and savings on the electricity bill. I purchased a small 2 person (seats 4 really tightly with legs drawn in) Jacuzzi refurbished model with only 7 jets, but the heater and pump are new from Xtreme Backyards, and many more jets would be overkill. I will not judge a spa by the number of jets in the future. This ones great!

Ive recently taken delivery of my custom swim spa and am loving it! I use it every day and really enjoy it. Tammy and Dave have been great, from letting me try one out beforehand, to helping me decide exactly what I wanted. There was only a slight delay in getting it, due to COVID restrictions, but it was delivered and installed as promised and so far, so good. Thanks Xtreme Backyards!

I bought a reconditioned spa from Xtreme Backyards a couple years ago. Tammy was very informative and educated me on the care and maintenance of my spa. Kathy and I had a great experience at the spa store. We are retired so we had to look for something that we could buy on a retired income budget. Tammy has a great selection of previously owned tubs that have been refurbished and we were able to buy exactly the one that we needed to have that was big enough for two or three people. She fixed everything that needed to be fixed on it got us a new top and had it delivered about a week before we originally thought we were going to get it. Her team brought the spa out in a timely fashion and we were able to use it the very same day. We needed to have electrical work done for the house and she arranged for that and the electrician did a terrific job. Yes we would recommend extreme backyards to anybody thats looking for a spa for their home.

Customer service is first at Xtreme Backyards. We were treated with Xtreme service. Tammy and her staff are wonderful. We wouldnt go anywhere else. No matter how many questions she was always so patient and kind.

I bought my therapy tub a year ago and they made every step of the process as simple as possible. Everything from the buying through delivery was seamless. Even after it was installed, Tammy has been helpful with answering all of my questions and helping in any way she can. I highly recommend if youre looking to buy, buy from them.

We walked in not planning on buying a jacuzzi; just looking for more information. They were so helpful and well informed that I felt comfortable enough to buy it on the spot. Delivery was on time and it works perfect. Next time I need a jacuzzi, I will be calling Extreme Backyards.

I purchased my spa over a year ago and still love it! Tammy has provided excellent customer service with any questions I had. The staff has done a great job recommending spa accessories and I even received another free copy of my owners manual when I had misplaced mine!
