So delicious and such a fun twist on an ice cream expierence. I wish we had one of these where I live!! Fresh waffle cone (legitimately a waffle!), amazing ice cream, even amazing presentation! Go here, you wont regret it.
I cant not go here when I visit home. Absolutely obsessed. One of the best ice cream shops Ive ever been to!
Delicious ice cream, nice people behind the counter, not a huge variety but the flavors change (not sure how often), the combinations are amazing, and there’s a little water station! I thought that was nice. They were happy to put the toppings for two of our orders on the side, which helps with picky eaters. I ordered the PB Nutella Night Puff and it was everything my belly hoped it would be. SO GOOD. I tried my sons’ Roast Malone and Central Coast Crunch cups and those were also delectable. I highly recommend stopping in!
Excellent. $12 gets you a freshly made chocolate chip waffle cone (soft and fluffy). A big scoop of handmade right in front of you ice cream. It doesnt melt like i thought it would even in the very warm cone. Delicious stuff.
It was a good date night place to go . cool to watch them make the ice cream and really nice employes. The ice cream and the cone are so good will be going back soon
Excellent service! Delicious ice cream and waffle
Mmmm mmmm mmmm puffin tuff on a Sunday 😋🤗🤤 absolutely delicious
Awesome concept. Great ice cream.. We will return.
Great ice cream and so much fun to watch them make it! Great flavors with a show! Nite puff is amazing
Delicious. It costs a premium but its worth
I really enjoyed my first time there, the ice cream was really good especially the waffles, yummy... I would definitely go back 😋
I’ve never gotten a bad flavor here, everything that they make is so delicious! My favorite is probably the Flinstones or the BBB. Great service and a nice atmosphere.
Delicious Small batch ice cream? Check!Liquid nitrogen ‘steam’ to wow the kids? Check!Fresh baked bubble waffle cones? Check!Vegan options so there is something for everyone? Check!Hidden location that still manages to draw a crowd? Check!
Nice staff and yummy ice cream 😋🍦
This ice cream place has limited variety and ok customer service. Food for the thought, when you have a customer, limit your personal conversation and focus your attention on the customers.
If anyone gives this place less than 5 stars there lying
One of the best ice cream places hands down !! People are so professional and I love the ice cream names the company comes up with 😋
First timer. We had Salted Caramel crunch and Central Coast crunch with nite puff (puffy waffle). It was very cool to watch the Ice cream being made. I tried both flavors and (my personal opinion) Central coast crunch was super delicious, the Caramel crunch was ok, not to much flavor. I could do without the waffle puff thing, the hubby said the waffle was the best part. The wait was about 10 min but didnt feel like it, there was so much to watch. Seating is very limited, there is seating outside as well though. I love the concept, I can see this place being a great little hangout for the younger crowd. HOURS are 3PM to 10PM everyday.
The ice cream is incredible.
Delicious ice cream! Really unique in the way they prepare it. I also LOVE the design and bench-style seating. Less formal than tables. Only downside is they have mixed flavors, so no straight chocolate or vanilla :(
Fresh made, yummy but kinda expensive.
Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays? Whats that
So yummy and fun! We went for the first time tonight and the kids loved it. I loved my All Nighter (coffee ice cream with Oreos)
Nite Creamery ice cream has the consistency of a very thick milk shake. There are no signs of ice crystals or other artifacts to interfere with the buttery smooth creaminess. Make no mistake, the ice cream is delicious. They have a small menu selection and ice cream combinations.Nite Creamery’s business practice fills a “made-to-order” ice cream niche. There are no colorful or eye pleasing tubs of ice cream behind a glass display case like other traditional ice cream shops. Your ice cream is made to order with the use of liquid nitrogen. This approach takes time, therefore, you have to wait. You may wait up to 10 minutes or longer if it is busy. For light entertainment, find a spot in the small seating area with a direct view of their ice cream making process. Sometimes puffs of white condensate billow and pour over the counter top creating an environment typically not associated with an ice cream shop, but with a medical cryogenic lab handling human samples and body parts. The business name had me thinking it served ice cream floats, shakes, and other traditional ice cream favorites. The decor resembles a cross breed of a deli and coffee shop attempting to attract a trendy crowd. Although, I enjoyed the comfy pillows in the seating areas, customers tend to use the pillows as napkins. The cloth seating and pillows are stained with ice cream and dirt so we sat elsewhere because of the visual turn off. My recommendation to the owner is to wash the cloth seating areas regularly. Use the hard seating surfaces instead. At least that can be wiped clean. The additional work of their made-to-order ice cream making process may be the reason a small scoop of ice cream is expensive, but delicious. Nite Creamery believes it is worth the price.
Night out a week is very rewarding after a long day and busy week. I appreciate this comfort food. Enjoy and see you there.
The best flavors and super clean! I love the Saturday morning flavor, they always have something new. The staff is very helpful and it’s super cool to watch them make it. Highly recommend going, you have to try it, trust me.
Nothing but great tasty coldness goodness.
Great ice cream. Smooth and flavorful. Not much seating and we experienced a long wait during a big rush around 9pm. Staff we excellent just overwhelmed. Definitely going back, but with the expectation of taking our ice cream home.
I love their funny names of their ice cream mixes. Theyre all really good. The customer service is always friendly as well, which is rare nowadays. Go for the waffle cones, theyre delicious!
Was not impressed. Went in on a Saturday evening around 8pm. Id say there were about 5 orders ahead of mine and a few more behind me. This was my first time here so I really didnt know what to expect. So, I thought the wait time was too long. The price is also not worth it. I tried the Central Coast Crunch in a waffle bowl--- was really just a piece of a not so crunchy waffle on the side, not covering the whole cup at all. The vanilla ice cream was flavorless, brownies and pralined almonds were just dust. The good out of all this was the creamy texture of the ice cream and the staff was nice. I dont think Ill be back unless someone else pays for my ice cream.
Fun place to go. Good ice cream short wait
This is a cool kind of place. I dont get the concept with the nitrogen, we just stumbled upon it. What I can say is that the salted pretzel flavor was extremely good and a contemporary flavor combination I have come to love. I hope to stumble upon this place again.
Experience was okay. The focus here seemed to be more on the music playing (wasnt kid appropriate) and the cool design of the place...not speediness. It was cool that they used liquid nitrogen to freeze the ice cream but they took absolutely forever to fix our orders. It wasnt busy at all, it was us (3) and two others in the store. We waited a solid 15 minutes for ice cream that was pretty good, but not worth the wait in my opinion.
The coffee ice cream was intense and so creamy. Everyone in our group loved the flavors. We wish there was a Nite Creamery in the Fresno area we would be regulars.
Super cool gimmick freezing cream to order with blasts of clouding nitrogen. Literally ice cream made to order. The cone was softish, fresh, and delicious. Never seen anything like it.
Best ice cream in town with quick service and curbside delivery
Really good icecream, very creamy and smooth. Worth the wait! Staff was still very friendly during a stressful rush.
The best ice creamery on the Central Coast! You cannot beat the flavor and texture. A bit of a wait, but well worth it. Super economical too.
Pros: the ice cream and egg waffles are really good, clean, and nice decor.Cons: a bit over priced and smaller portions compared to other nitrogen ice cream places. The staff is not helpful and not welcoming. Finally the music is not at all family friendly. I listen to rap and hip hop but not in a business setting like this. So much cursing. The SLO location is better, it seems to serve larger portions, happy upbeat music, and happy friendly helpful staff.
Fun experience to see the ice made right before your eyes with the help of liquid nitrogen. Creative flavors that they update seasonally. Affordable and late hours.
There is a consistency and richness to the flavors that make this this place stand out. That AND they are the only place I know of with choc chip puff waffle cones. Have tried salted caramel and matcha flavors so far, with a couple more on my bucket list.
Very popular when first opened. Liked at first.. you get small portion for $5 for a simple one scoop when you get the nite puff they usually have ones sitting out that they will just use and they don’t taste as good when they aren’t fresh.. and the inside is dirty having pillows with ice cream on them from the kids probably..
The ice cream was delicious I like the hardness of it only one thing I would like better if the chocolate would have been a deeper dark chocolate.
It was good
Its amazing
For my first experience with this place, it almost looks like a mad scientists lab with all the large canisters of liquid nitrogen. The ice cream isnt really Ice Cream more accurately just Cream because of the process involved in making it on the spot emedediately after you order it.Their flavor selection is all evenly matched in my taste.
This place has amazing ice cream. Fresh and creamy. Great flavors. Cant wait to try other choices.
The coffee ice cream was wonderful. Bold aroma, creamy texture and a very nice coffee flavor.
The wait was crazy long but SO worth every second. Best ice cream Ive had. Definitely need a location in North county!
This place has good ice cream. Very awesome, but long wait to order. Takes up to 20 minutes on a medium-busy day. Maybe an hour when busy. Im an impatient person though....
Its a different ice cream experience. The ice cream is made to order. It takes some extra time but is well worth the wait.
Fresh made ice cream made using liquid nitrogen. Great unique flavors. Recommend getting the waffle cone, theyre made fresh.
The kids behind the counter wear gloves. This looks great! Sanitary, right? The only problem during this busy night is when a person comes in just to say hi to one of the ice cream makers. He fist bumps the gloved hand and chats for a little while. We get this feeling that he’s mixing for one of the orders in our group; so, my wife asks the hostess to ask him to change his gloves. The hostess does so and returns to the front of the store. The maker’s friend leaves and the contaminated glove returns to the mixing bowl. Guess what, the ice cream he was making did end up going to one in our group. We asked him if he could remake the scoop after changing into a fresh pair of gloves. He didn’t seem too happy with that request and asked another server to remake the scoop then leaves to the back room.I don’t think this is too much to ask considering how many people are currently ill.Other than the need to remediate on the matter of food service cleanliness and sanitation, the ice cream was ok.
We had the salted caramel and strawberry ice cream with nite puff cone. The ice cream was good but took too long for us (because of the nitrogen process).Dont really recommend the puffs because of the taste and texture (perhaps they can experiment with making mochi puffs).Overall the taste of the ice cream was good if you dont mind waiting a bit (the salted caramel was preferred over the strawberry). I personally feel the nitrogen ice cream is a gimmick.
Great little start-up. Ive sent several folks over there. Nice little change from the other parlors.
Very good and different. Ice cream creamer and denser. Not the choices one gets at tnt or cold stone. But it is good
The ice cream there us the most creamy i have ever tasted. Its so cool how they use liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream.
I was super excited to see something like this in my area after trying it in LA. Yet, I was disappointed. The wait just to order was much longer than other options similar in concept. When I tried it before, the staff made it a personalized and social experience. This was not so here: The staff would not explain the process to my younger brother, who had never seen this before. When we finally got our ice cream, 15 minutes after ordering, it looked incredible, but tasted as if they spend more time on how it looked then how it tasted. All of the options were very exotic mixes of flavors that should NEVER be together. The amount they give you is way too much for a dessert. Overall, I am disappointed with the execution of such an interesting concept.
Good ice cream, cute decor and good service. The wait is a little long in the evening but its to be expected since its a new place. I would reccomend going earlier in the day if you want somewhere to sit or are in a hurry!
Pretty good ice cream. They are only open for a few hrs tho which sucks
Super fun to watch while they make you fresh ice cream, lil pricey and very filling.
The ice cream is nitrogen frozen and is super creamy. I had the strawberry and it was really good.
The ice cream is super creamy and delicious! It was fun watching the employees making each order!
Love it! Favorite ice cream around. I wish they were open earlier though.
Salted caramel crunch was tasty. Using LN2 is a cool way to make ice cream !
Pineapple Picante is out of this world! Like a salty spicy version of the Dole Whip at Disneyland.
Limited options, but amazing creations offered! Enough sweetness and just the right amount of creaminess!
I didnt even know this was there we went and oof theyre icecream is soooo good way better than a normal icecream place go here and you wont be disappointed plus theyres a bonus surprise on how the icecream is made but for you to find out what that is yah have to go there yourself.
Great place to chill, get away, eat some good food. I will be back with my relatives. Prices are fair.
Love the ice cream. Insane creamy texture. Love, love!! We need more places like the NIte Creamery.
Different. I liked the waffle. Nice, soft, and thick. Goes well with the ice-cream. I enjoy the strawberry. Had the pb Nutella flavor, it was alright.
Great place! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Prices could be a bit lower
Pretty cool place but it takes a while to get your order. Its neat being able to watch them make it in front of you
Ice cream is smooth and creamy, the waffle cone pieces light, and perfect crispiness.
Really good. Small menu that changes. Parking is ok. However expect a 20-30 minute wait
Fun experience! Needs a few more tables.
Wanted to try this place because a lot of people have talked about it. I personally feel its just average...its really nothing special. The ice cream was okay but the wait for it was way too long. It was one of those had to try it places. The liquid nitrogen is super gimmicky.
Very good but need a lot more ice cream selections . Ice Cream is very creamy delicious ;)
Fun place to watch Making ice cream, ice cream was really good, Employees were friendly. Well go back.
Fun experience to see. For me though, it wasnt an amazing taste.
Love this place, the ice cream is so fresh and yummy .my son likes to watch the liquid hydrogen smoke as they freeze the ice cream
Our Kids Enjoying Trying an Iced Nite Creamery .. Bring all your Family here just to have Fun
Amazing. The flavors they come up with are legendary! 😍
Best icecream ever my girls love this place ❤❤
