I had an International FL60 go down last Friday, and we had customers waiting on their product to be delivered. I got in touch with Lee in the service department and he was able to help me get the truck lined up for repair at his shop. Lee and his team had the truck fixed within 1 day and arranged someone at the store to be there on Saturday so my driver could pick the truck up. We were able to get the customers materials out on Saturday and be prepared for Monday morning!Thank you guys!

I needed a service on My International and did not have too much time to wait, I contacted Gibbs Trucks Center in Santa Maria CA and explained my situation to them. I spoke with Andres and he was able to squeeze me in without a problem. The truck was in and out and the work they performed was great!! I am usually in this area twice a week and this will be my go to shop for all my services and repairs when in Im in the area. The staff was great, both Andres and the Service Manager made sure that I taken care. See you next time!!

My dad bought a truck from Gibbs, which I didnt know when I was asking them for help fixing the truck.. also found out that my dad had also asked them for help with it..We only had it about a month when the head gasket blew..They knew something was up with the truck when they sold it to my dad that is 76 years old.They wont even take pictures of a page out of the repair manual to help us out..Not cool!!!

A big thanks to Arnold (mechanic) & to service mgr (forgot his name), for getting me in today on short notice. Got me fixed up in a jiffy & got me on my way! Will def keep in mind nxt time Im in the area, if I need something fixed!

Rear main seal went out and Im from our of state. They were swamped and it was Friday. We agreed to start Monday. They were very accommodating and got me to the motel and back free of charge. Kept me updated throughout the process, as well as satisfying the warranty requirements for the shop that had just the week before installed one. Very satisfied with my experience with this team and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks guys.

My truck broke down and the complete exhaust system had to be replace. Gibbs removed and replaced the complete system in two and half days. They even had two to three personnel working on the truck the whole time knowing I needed it back for work. Justin, Arnold and the other mechanics did a great job, that no one would have done.

My husband stopped in for some batteries for his Peterbilt and was helped quickly by Justin Housley. He was also able to have a hose clamp switched out while he was there. He will definitely be going there again any time repairs are required! Highly recommend!

Stay away From this Place the staff is a Joke they dont know anything, they give you the wrong part and then when you want to return it with reciept and brand new part unused they dont refund you your money. Stay Away!! Santa Maria Gibbs Internation is a waste of time. Better to go to PAPE or Brummit Diesel for parts.
