Went in for service on my BMW R nine T, and brought up some issue I was having. Mitsu the mechanic to time and pride to not only service the bike but address the issue I was having. My bike runs great no issues thank you. Keep up the great work.
Very knowledgeable about new and vintage Hondas. I have a 1978 Honda trail 90 with only 616 miles on it. I talked with the service manager and he refered me to a company that makes after market parts for my year and model, it is now worth $4000 on the market with the original extra gas tank and all parts on the bike!!
They have always had great customer service. Their staff is awesome, knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent service!! They make everything very easy and smooth

Nice place to get parts or a new bike.
Id been looking for a specific bike for a few months. I was doing casual research one morning and gave Santa Maria Moto. a call out of a whim. I was told by the sales staff they had my bike in stock (last one) still in a crate. I asked them for an out the door price which they obliged next thing you know were making a deal over the phone and sending paperwork back and forth over email and after a one week exchange I was the owner of a motorcycle. I live in San Bernardino I drove to Santa Maria and they made me feel reassured while they put the finishing touches on my bike. This is my first moto purchase and I would definately take the trek again just to deal with the staff at Santa Maria they are helpful and courteous and made my purchase a great experience. They went out of their way to make a customer a customer for life. Thank you.
Being ex military and current law enforcement I can appreciate a clean, well run business, I enjoyed the friendly well trained staff.
Very hospitable service and it was the first time I have been inside. Purchased parts for my Honda ATV 350. I will return.
We operate a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) that buys and sells various products to State and Federal Agecies, live and work locally on the Central Coast and most often we buy here and sell Statewide and all over Region IX. Santa Maria Motorcycles has a broad product line, knows their products and is the most knowledgeable vendor for sales, service, that made us competative on a Statewide basis, even when our clients have tight specifications and meeting the specific technical requirements of our clients is some times takes real product knowledge, these folks are a big part of our sucess. The Service Department works in tune with the Sales staff to produce what the client wants and needs.Working with Government Inspectors is a learned trait, that you have to learn and it takes people skills that challenges some but not here.As a locally specific event, this business has regular events that draws Bike Riders to a Night Out monthly event, along with special events with the local favorite style of BBQ and events that are Bike specific. These events are very social and in my view a most positive reflection of our area, a part of and have become another reason to come here.Having been to SM Motocycles on a normal week day and on Saturday, I shared coffee with friends of mine that I dont see on a regular basis and catch up. Saturday appears pretty laid back with folks collecting around the coffee, sofas and big screen TV to share with others. These folks have a collection of motorcycles that take you back to where all of this came from, it extends through Harley Davidson and has examples of other bikes also, most interesting.Sales Staff is tuned to the product lines, we deal with offroad and these folks stock both ATVS and UTVSWe would recommend that you stop by, the store is conveniently located near the 101 Broadway Interchange North or South bound.
