A great HD store right next to the 101. Very big and super clean store that actually sells all types of motorcycles. Very friendly and super nice staff. Welcomed us in on a hot day and offered us free refreshments! How great is that? Bought some swag and went on our way. I would strongly suggest you stop in, enjoy the experience and see some cool stuff and meet some great people. Great place indeed!

I never been there before, my friend wanted to do some test rides on a few bikes, he had no intention of buying a new bike yet, but after riding a new 2021 street bob, Even the salesman and chris I believe was his name worked out a deal, gave my friend a fair trade in value where he felt comfortable, got him financed on his own. and we renegotiated the trade in value, and it worked for both parties, my friend is super excited, Even the sale guy was very transparent threw the deal. not push . tony parts guy was also very helpful in the deal. 5 stars for Santa Maria Harley Davidson

I had to stop in to this dealership while on a little road trip. Ended up needing to get a small part of the bike fixed. And i gotta say, im glad Santa Maria Harley was the closest dealership. The guys in service helped me out immediately, got me settled and back on the road as quick as possible. There was no oh by the way, you need a new transmission since youre here... lol.And then while the bike was on the lift, i got to have a nice conversation with the dealership owner and a couple of the staff members. Everyone was very cool and friendly.Definitely recommend these guys! Top notch.

If I were a burglar, Id be easy to find. Just follow the trail of drool. I mean with all the types of motorcycles there. And all the chrome! Chief Dan George said in Little Big Man, People love shiny objects, including colors that defy comprehension. Back in the day I had a 72 74. Last year of kick start only, thank God! Black and shiny chrome, 6 over on front, bobbed rear and fat tanks! Nice bike, but nothing like todays! They start by barely touching a button or turning the key and are computer controlled. No 30 mins trying to start the beast and that was on a warm day! Good thing I was riding my bicycle and they were closed. Otherwise I might have had a senior moment and rode one home! HDs are just beautiful. So go by there and put something exciting between your legs! Forget those 4 zeros on the price tag. Go for it! Disclaimer on 72 being last year of kick start only.. not sure

Went in looking for boots for my wife. Found the section with the boots but no one around to help us. I walked around to find someone who was doing inventory and asked for some help. She was nice and came over to help answer some questions but she said she didnt know anything about the boots and wandered off to find someone else. She finally came back 15 minutes later to tell us she couldnt find the boots in the back. This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. No one looks happy working here. They couldnt even say, Hi and welcome to the store. This is probably the tenth time Ive come into this dealership and it is always the same. There wont be an eleventh.

This 2019 Heritage Classic Demo with a 114 engine had been calling my name since Santa Maria Harley Davidson put it on the floor as a Demo bike. My husband told Chris I was interested in the bike and that’s all it took! Chris let me take it for a demo ride, made me a great price offer and took my 2014 Switchback on trade for a fair price and the deal was done. So easy, no pressure. Just a fair, friendly business to work with. This is the 7th bike my husband and I have purchased from Santa Maria Harley Davidson since 1987.

Awesome people! I was getting on 166 when my brake lights went out on my Softail. I called and even though they were closed, they waited around for me to arrive so I could replace my bulb. Amazing customer service and why I’m so glad I’m with the Harley family.

I can’t say enough how H-D of Santa Maria, especially the Service Dept, came through for me when I was in a pinch of a situation.It was my wife’s birthday and I had planned this ride up north. Packed the Ultra up, unplugged the battery tender and bam the bike struggled to turn over. On all days of course it had to happen today.We had just returned from a 4,000 mile trip a few months back and had ridden the bike since so I had no idea the battery was going to take a dump. Thankfully it did at my house and not thousands of miles away.I’m the type of guy that wrenches on his own scoots but I was headed north and taking my wife for a birthday surprise getaway. I didn’t have time to R&R the battery. So I had to make the best of it and move forward with my objective.I called SM H-D spoke with Marco. They had a battery and said they would try to fit me in. I arrived about an hour later and the Service Dept was extremely helpful. The young man at the Service desk got my bike in there asap.We walked around the dealership. They had a decent selection of bikes. Covid has slowed down production of new bikes. Parts department were extremely helpful. The Service Dept changed the battery, checked the charging system and got the bike out in about 40 minutes.My wife and I met the owner of the shop and I explained my situation to him and how grateful we were for them taking care of us.This dealership has come a long way from where it originally was at. I bought my first H-D from them 30 years ago after getting out of the service. Back then they had a garage and a one bike show room. Times have definitely changed for the better.Thanks again H-D of Santa Maria.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and treated as family. Evan, Chris and John worked with us to get us our street glide. Both my husband and I said this was the smoothest and easiest deal we have worked on any vehicle we have. The entire atmosphere st SM Harley was positive and welcoming. I had a tire mounted and balanced off of my 2013 Harley Davidson Ultra limited today. Service department was quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes.While, I waited. I went back to parts to ask Tony about front brake pads. I had a little over 25k miles on it. Tony said I was approximately 75% of my brake life. So I went ahead and bought the front pads. Picked up some oil for a future oil change.Sales counter rung me up. Nice local dealership. Who by the way is having bike night this Friday night.

The pulley bolts came off of my Wide Glide while on a ride outside of Santa Maria. Top Rocker Harley Davidson in Canoga Park did the service work and obviously failed to do it correctly. My bike was towed to Santa Maria Harley and they were FANTASTIC !!!! I ended up needing the complete rear end replaced. Clint Garcia in the parts department went above and beyond to help me out. They stopped making the rear rim, so finding a replacement was a challenge to say the least. After searching North American Harley dealers, eBay, Germany, UK, we finally found it in Australia!! While Top Rocker refused to take any responsibility and did nothing to help me get back on the road, Santa Maria Harley treated me like a life long customer! When Top Rocker backed out of towing the finished bike home for me like they promised they would. Chris the GM stepped in and they towed my bike the 2.5 hours home! If you are ever in Santa Maria it is worth a stop to check out this huge dealership! Sincere thanks to Clint, Chris, and the guys that worked on my bike, thanks for getting me back on the road!!

Spoke to someone in the service department that said they were going to order a very common rear tire for me which was a Michelin Pilot Road 2 tire as the one I currently had was starting to go bald. I was told they would order it which they would have on hand in 1 or two days. A week or so went by and I finally decided to call and see what was going on. Spoke to someone in the parts department and was told they have not set any aside, dont have any in stock and dont see an order for one. This is ridiculous as I prob. am not far from seeing threads now....thanked them for dropping the ball and would be going with someone else from now on. When I told them that, I was told your welcome and have a nice day. No sorry......nothing....Im totally done with this place. Their customer service is a joke. Must have made the mistake of telling them I ride a Japanese sport bike or maybe this is simply how they operate on a regular basis.... Decided to go with another shop on a much smaller scale in San Luis Obispo who not only had these tires in stock, but also told me to come on in anytime today and they would do it. Ive always had good luck with this smaller shop in the past. Im sure you could find out who with a simple search.

2 stars because we were greeted immediately and asked what were were shopping for and were pointed in the right direction. However after that gentleman disappeared it was very hard to get someone to answer a question. We also has to wait and track someone down to pay. They definitely do not have enough people on the floor.

Shop off the freeway just stopped in and got me a cute top they had some nice clothing options and had quite a few nice bikes in the showroom they had quite a few people here on Saturday afternoon so I assume its normally popping. Service was great people are very friendly

The staff did a poor job of meeting our needs. A friend and I drove 200 miles, to get ignored the one hour we were in the store, not a single time did get asked if we needed any help. Terrible service. Insulting us as we left with have a great day. Terrible!Luckily Harley Davidson builds great bikes.....

If I could give it zero stars I would. I am livid with this location and their service department. On Saturday June 23rd 2018, my boyfriend and I broke down 8 minutes from this location and called for advice on how to get the bike to them, looked at (bare minimum given a diagnosis on what the problem was), who to call for a tow and requested suggestions for another local shop. I will note that they were closing in 25 minutes, nevertheless, we wouldve appreciated any help from them, even giving us a suggestion of who to call for a tow, or local repair shops. The service representative said that they couldnt help us but to come see them when they reopen Tuesday. No information, no advice, no assistance, at least 500 miles from home. We sat on the side of the freeway for 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance. Thanks.

Most H-D dealers always greet you when you come in the front door. The girls working the front desk at this place very seldom do. Its to bad since the rest of the staff is pretty good.Also they dont have a good supply of Harley parts in stock. Most parts have to be ordered and it takes at least a week to get them. At least when Gary Bang Harley in Atascadero was open, they always had a much better Harley stock on hand.Come on Santa Maria Harley, increase the inventory that you carry for Harley parts.

Took 5 months to get my bike back when I did the screw was missing from the lower tank cover then while on the freeway the center console came loose when I got to my home upon further inspection found a Crack in the paint on the front fender and greasy hand prints on one of my gas tanks. Lesson learned...
