I recently inherited some antiques (artwork, silver, china, Waterford Crystal, jewelry/watches, Lladro figurines, etc), but I’m not much of a collector and wanted to sell. 310 Antiques was recommended to me by a friend. I called the number and Bryan answered straight away. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He asked me to take pictures of the items and text them back to him. I did so and he quickly replied back, asking questions about some specific items (how many pieces, additional pictures). I answered his questions and sent more photos and awaited his reply.And then....nothing. He just stopped responding. I left him several voicemails and texts, politely asking if he was still interested. No reply. It was like he just vanished off the face of the Earth. Almost two weeks later and still nothing. If he wasn’t interested, all it would’ve taken was a simple text back telling me so, and I would’ve been perfectly fine with that. But the way he went about handling this by ghosting me smacks of unprofessional behavior. YMMV I guess pending what you have to offer, but I didn’t appreciate being ignored and ghosted.

I was referred to Bryan Abbott by a mutual friend, when I mentioned I had a sterling silver dinner set for sale. I call Bryan, and made an appointment for him to come to my home. There were no hard sell tactics and he was more than willing to give me information on pieces I was not selling, but curious about. I got quite an education in a short time. Bryan is the aweomest, kindest person. After shopping around, being low-balled by a bunch of other places, we were so happy to stumble on 310. Its one of the coolest spaces ever - overlooks a private hanger at Santa Monica airport. WE got a great deal and will definitely go back. If youre buying/selling coins or antiques - Bryan is the guy.
