Could not be happier with these folks. Several maintenance codes popped up on my dashboard and I was able to make an appointment very quickly. Took it in, no problems. Told them what was up. Tires, Brakes, Oil, battery and other stuff I didnt understand. A couple hours later they called me to say everything was fine except I needed an oil change and keep an eye on the battery. Totally honest people. Very busy and yet did not act flustered. Hope I dont have more car problems soon but, if I do, Im going to Pacific Coast Tire & Service!

This place is amazing! I met with Mike, who took care of me right away. I hit a pothole, and my tire got busted. They didnt have the tire in stock, so they had to order it. It came in within hours, and he called me to let me know. After about an hour of service, I was in and out with new tires. Great service, and even better customer service. Very friendly staff. You got a auto need for your car, this is the place to go!

Mike and the crew at Pacific Coast Tire are great. I commute about 120+ miles for work 5 days a week so I visit mechanics maybe more than most. These guys are fast, affordable, honest and most of all they’re just good people. Routine maintenance costs are just part of the game with a commute like mine but with Pacific Coast Tire & Service I never dread the next oil change or tire replacement.

He throughly explain our options and let us know best case and worst case scenarios while providing competitive prices for all options. After we got our car back, Mike sent a follow up text to make sure my Range Rover is running like it should. 10/10 would recommend.

My 2020 Mazda had a slow tire leak, and the dealership discovered a long, thin nail near the sidewall; the tire had to be replaced. Yet they didnt have the tire in stock and couldnt guarantee they could get it in by the next morning! A planned trip to Palm Springs was in jeopardy...So, Pacific Coast Tire to the rescue! I called from the dealership, and Mike was more than helpful. Yes, he could get the tire and yes, if I came in first thing in the morning, hed get me back on the road in 60-90 minutes. Mike delivered on all of his promises, and I was one happy customer on the way to the desert. As an added bonus, the total cost with an alignment was $160 less than what the dealership quoted! With such a great experience, I know I can rely on Pacific Coast Tire in the future. But hopefully not too soon!

Have a lifted truck or jeep that scares off most other shops? PCT has your back! 4 shops turned me away without even looking at my jeep when I told them I have modified suspension and steering. PCT didnt hesitate to tackle the job! Did and amazing with the alignment and even tightened up a few bolts around other parts of my suspension while doing so. 100% recommend.

This is my go-to auto shop! I have now been going to Pacific for over 3 years now and they’ve been super helpful every time I had to bring my car in. Most recently, both my front indoor car handles broke almost simultaneously. I was nervous that it was going to be expensive to fix but the price was reasonable! I don’t ever feel like I’m being scammed or pressured to pay for unnecessary services over at Pacific. They’re upfront and honest about what needs to get done for your car. They’re good people. An honest tire shop able to serve me in a pinch. Had a tire with a screw through the tread. Despite it being relatively close to the wall, they offered to fix it and 30 minutes later I was back on the road. Honestly just appreciated their willingness to help despite being close to closing time on a saturday. Price was affordable and service was friendly. Tire repair is just one of those services you need, and this is definitely a great option.

I came here the first time because the guys at Honda told me their prices were really a rip off for changing a flat ($150 or something), and Pacific Coast Tire and service has changed two flats for me and its only like $25.They also fixed a solenoid valve on my Honda Civic, which was a transmission problem, so I was scared it was going to be thousands of dollars, and thanks to them it was only $400.Only place Ill get my car serviced!

Mike and the rest of the team here were great. I called around to three different shops this was the only one that could give me exact times and costs to the service. My rear brakes started grinding out of nowhere and I knew my tires were shot as well. Mike diagnosed my car in front of me in two seconds, didn’t try to sell me a single thing extra and gave me an exact quote. I asked if he could take a little off and he did. I was told my car would be done by noon the next day. I got a call at exactly noon the next day. No surprises, no hidden fees. All in all I walked out the door with 4 brand new Goodyear low profile tires, new brakes AND rotors on the rear axel, and an alignment for $970! At least $200 cheaper and 2X faster than any other place I called. I will definitely be a returning customer. The brake jobs come with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty as well :)

One of the best places to go to.... we originally went to a competitor 2 miles west of this location and they gave us the run around and made us wait for 3 hours before lying about not being able to take off the tires...PACIFIC COAST TIRE took us right away did all 4 tires quickly, easily and painlessly... ALSO THEY WERE ABOUT 80.00 CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER SHOP!!! you have to go here if you want your tires done RIGHT and done at a great price!

These guys are amazing. Oil changes with coupons are cheapest in town. They rotate and inspect tires and brakes while at it. They are up front and honest, arent trying to sell more than needed. Plus they make appointments and get the work done quickly.

Not a customer, but I live nearby and always see them parking their customers cars on a public street near residential housing and the elementary school. This makes it extremely difficult for residents to find parking.Also, my friend took his car here for an oil change and they left his car parked on the street with the windows open.

Finished my car on time and aligned it properly for a reasonable price. However, place can use a redesign and a place for customers to wait.

Bad customer service on the phone. Tried to give this business my business on a quick repair, unwilling to work around business people schedules not for those who keep it tight schedule...All is well that ends well. After I discovered a tire with a nail in it this morning I called here to Pacific Coast to see if they could schedule me in for a repair in between my morning clients. I was told over the phone that my insignificant repair did not warn enough for an appointment and they could not secure me a time to come in. That was a risk I couldnt take as I might lose business cancelling clients around their work.I was frustrated after getting off the phone but went down to the next entry on Google Maps for tires in the area and found Stokes Tire. They were able to commit a time when they could have my car done and I was able to get my tire fixed without missing any work.As I write this my tire is getting fixed at Stokes and Im not losing any business today thanks to them. Only a couple miles from Pacific Coast and much more accommodating!
