Awesome experience from start to finish. We found a great deal on a car we had been searching for weeks. Alex in sales was outstanding, professional, courteous and found answers to all of our questions. Fred in finance was excellent in working out a suitable warranty plan and worked with our credit union to finalize the deal. After a few sour experiences at other lots it was a relief to be treated fairly and professionally with straight up honesty. Highly recommend this gem of a dealership. They will treat you right and offer a fair deal. Thank you!
Long story short, I don’t have trust or confidence in bringing my car here anymore and I need to find someone else to service my car for all future needs.This part is just my opinion, but I think that things went downhill after Matt Bell left. Whatever other changes happened, things are just not like they used to be.The two service reps I just recently had in the last two months are nice people, but they’re not the ones working on the cars.Next time I need help I’ll take my chances with Craigslist rather than being scorched here yet again. Sorry.
Very disappointed once again in my experience with this place.Doesnt matter if you have an appointment ..you are still going to wait wait wait..because all the cretins here believe your time/ life doesnt matter. Of course the wait room is stifling hot with broken coffee machine( eternally non operational...every time Ive been there) All dealerships make there money not on selling cars..but the robbery/ servicing of vehicles. They could at least try to make this holdup pleasant. I hope whoever owns this place gets whats coming to them. Never again will I ever be idiot enough to buy another Volkswagen EVER !!!!!!!!
I scheduled a service appointment a week early & confirmed that the service would take less than an hour. I also confirmed when I needed the vehicle back during drop-off.After waiting 5 hours, I was told they hadn’t even begun work on the car — and that that’s a common occurrence. I wouldn’t bring your vehicle here if you value your time.I also witnessed another customer’s car returned with damage — after he’d waited a week for repairs.
Long time to wait to oil service your car. If you go at fast oil change will be top 15 min service. At Vw Santa Monica will be at least 2 hours.
Really precessional staff, pleasant to deal with and always with a smile on their face and a joke in the side pocket. No probs after being there, car was in the same condition as when handed over (no oil stains or dirt noticed). Last but not least, each time I’ve been there, the car got taken care at the time I had the appointment at, and it was handed back with everything needed sorted out either on time or ahead of it. Kudos to the staff there
Ok so I have to say first my service guy Marc was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgable and so kind! Literally best part of my experience! The thing that I found interesting about this place is they only do the bare minimum. I have lived all over the country and this is the first VW service location that I have been to that didnt provide a complimentary car wash. I went once to a Maryland location just to get my tires checked out and they did a quick wash of my car. Thats the level of service Im used to from my over 6 years as a VW owner. I have never had to pay to have my keys reprogrammed either. Overall I was disappointed...but to the best of my knowledge the actual service maintenance part was done well.
5 star all the way. Extremely honest and excellent professional knowledgeable staff . Best of the best. With me they have a customer for life.
