Went today and the girls there super attentive picked up 4 pairs and very happy with the service.

I LOVE Dr. Martens! It is the place to go for a rock star on a budget. Don’t get me wrong, not cheap by any stretch, but they offer awesome and totally unique shoes and boots for prices far cheaper than the high end designers do. If I ever need something for a special occasion or want to stand out with something special, I always go here. Super high quality and a wild mix of products that allows you to channel your inner rock star!

Went to this store location last weekend to buy my very first pair of Doc Martens, Raymond the sales associate helped me and he was awesome. I was not an easy customer to deal with (had no idea what I wanted, wear a 9.5, high arch, narrow feet, small ankles and a skinny lower leg) he did a great job and got the sale!!

Crystal is a very nice person. Very service orientated.

Employees are so so nice!! I went with my mom to return some sandals and they were so kind and I took my dog too and everyone loved and they even gave her a treat. everything was very sanitary. everyone had their masks on it was all very clean and my dog loved the people ☺

Friendly cool manager assisted me on getting the right work boots that i needed along with some sole inserts for more comfort. Walked out satisfied in a new pair of Dr Marten Boots.

My experience at this outlet was rather very pleasing. I was very satisfied with the service and with the quality of the product. I would really recommend this brand to others because their products can last for a long time without being worn out.

Excellent manager who works at this store! Customer service was great from the manager but some of the employees seem to just want to sell products and not provide great customer satisfaction. I had an employee who was supposed to email me a receipt for my purchase but I never received it, and also never received a paper receipt. Within a week the shoes I purchased had cracked leather after I spent 130+ and I had to run through customer service online and got the worse response. They said it was my fault because it was normal wear and tear. The only reason I will stick with the Dr. Martens is because of this store manager fixing this for me. Great store overall except for the little bumps here and there with the employees.

Horrible experience at this store. The employee customer service is HORRENDOUS. I purchased a shoe that has a clear manufacturers defect and they didn’t do ANYTHING despite me having my receipt and having the shoe still well within my return/exchange policy because I wore them for a few hours and I had to take one of them off because it’s UNBEARABLE. Also I should note that I have other pairs of Doc Martens and I’ve never had the issue I’ve had with this pair that I bought at this store. GARBAGE customer service. I will never buy another one of these pairs.
