I had a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress from En Blanc. I live on the East Coast and found my dream dress at a local shop, but it was out of my budget. I found a sample of the exact dress for sale online at En Blanc for over 50% off. The sales associates at En Blanc were incredibly responsive to all my requests and questions, and even allowed my cousin to come inspect the dress since I had some fears about making such an important purchase online. When the gown arrived it was gorgeous, in perfect condition, and fit perfectly without tailoring.

I had an amazing experience at En Blanc! I originally went to En Blanc at the end of January to look at wedding dresses during a trunk show. I had no idea what to expect during wedding dress shopping but as I walked in the door, all my fears went away. Tatiana warmly greeted me and had a few dresses ready that were my style and price range. Tatiana was extremely helpful and patient during my journey. The whole process was absolutely flawless: from trying on dresses, sizing, ordering, and picking up my gorgeous dress! Thank you Tatiana and En Blanc for making everything so easy! I cant thank you enough for helping me find the dress!

I respect the business but I definitely did not feel cared for or helped. They made me feel very rushed, saying that if I didn’t put down a deposit right then, then my dress may not get made in time or be sold. First negative experience and so I agreed and signed the contract. I then emailed and called the very next day asking if they could pause production on my dress. Didn’t get a response for 4 days as they only operate thurs-sun. Not even just an email back. Once they did respond, they told me they can stop production but I would either have to lose the $4k deposit or pay the remaining $4k for the dress and then maybe resell the dress in 6 months. This is not helpful or practical. I understand they handmake the dresses but they should offer atleast a 7 day refund policy or much smaller initial deposit to cover initial shipping costs. This is just no way a business should operate and just want anyone shopping here to be careful of these bad business practices. They also have fought me repeatedly on this issue which further shows how they don’t truly care about their customers or brides but really just want your money. I ended up going to another shop which was far more helpful, communicative and friendly. Better wedding dress shops do exist. I also assume they will likely leave a bad response trying to claim not of this happened. Be very careful

I would highly recommend En Blanc! The experience with Candice was fun and relaxed, and I found MANY beautiful dresses in an array of styles. En Blanc offers an intimate and personal experience to make any bride and her guests feel at ease and excited about choosing her perfect dress!

I had the most wonderful experience here. It is a beautiful store that feels welcoming and comfortable. I felt like the staff were really invested in helping me, and Candice took excellent care of us. She was patient, honest, and had terrific taste. We left with the perfect dress and happy memories!

En Blanc was the BEST dress shop I ever experienced. I think I ended up going to around 6 different dress shops between Arizona and California and En Blanc was by far my fav. They shut down the entire shop for you, offered the best rose, selected dresses in my budget and had the cutest shop. Not to mention I found my absolute dream dress there. I have received so many compliments since my wedding and I couldnt be happier. My MOH and I have already decided we are going back when her big day comes.

My experience at En Blanc was an absolute dream. I had 2.5 months to find a dress for our intimate wedding. En Blanc was the first shop I visited and I should have stopped there. First, the store is really beautiful and so inviting - they have the best selection of dresses for any bride. Due to the covid regulations I first visited alone without any specific idea of what type of dress I wanted. Candice was incredible, she was warm, friendly and patient while she helped me navigate styles and prices to fit my needs perfectly. They were able to accommodate my short timeline with both my gorgeous dress and veil. At no time did I ever feel pressured or up-sold to buy something I wasnt completely comfortable with. I cannot recommend a better store or shopping experience for a bride.

En Blanc is a lovely bridal boutique. I visited En Blanc twice and was greeted warmly each time. Their team is staffed with genuine professionals. I felt guided and helped but never pushed. The gowns are clean and not cluttered. The space is open yet extremely private. I would highly recommend anyone to En Blanc. Thank you for helping my wedding look come to life!

My favorite experience!!! En Blanc was the first stop on my wedding gown search. After a short conversation, I was guided around the showroom to find a dress that fit my extremely short timeline. We found THE DRESS!!!! My favorite dress. My experience there felt private, safe, and MAGICAL. I wasnt expecting the experience I had. I would HIGHLY recommend En Blanc to anyone.

Absolutely the best experience ever! I literally just finished with my appointment and could not wait to write a review. First, the store is so cute! Private, open and great lighting. Second, they have an excellent selection of gowns, with several popular designers and also designers that can’t be found at any other shops in Southern California. The dresses are also displayed cleanly for customers to see well (not squeezed & scrunched tightly together). Third, they have hands down the best selection and variety of veils I’ve seen anywhere. Fourth, and probably the second most important thing next to gown selection, their customer service is absolutely incredible. There was a mix-up with my appointment rescheduling and when I got there they could not see me bc there was only one associate in. The owner Bridget personally called me to apologize and was so accommodating! They squeezed me in shortly after my original appointment time and then I met with Candace who was equally as sweet and accommodating. I’ve scheduled my second appointment to try on my top 3 choices and confident I will say yes to the dress then! I’ve even cancelled my upcoming appointments at 2 other bridal shops. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!! Thank you En Blanc!

I absolutely loved my experience at En Blanc! Even though there were some restrictions due to COVID-19 it was still a wonderful shopping experience. They allowed me to take photos with my mask off which helped so much in the decision making process. My consultant Candice was such a sweetheart and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’m definitely recommending all of my friends to check them out!

They had a great selection of new AND sample sale dresses, but what really sold me was their easy going approach to dress shopping AND their generosity in donating $150 to Australian fire relief for each Australian dress sold.❤️ This place is a Santa Monica gem!

They are the only bridal store in California that carries Halfpenny London, and seamlessly brought in a dress they dont typically carry for me to try on. Everything was completely personalized and I was able to spend time trying on dresses and asking questions with out feeling rushed through the process. En Blanc has a truly beautiful and uniquely curated selection of wedding dresses for younger, hipper brides. Each dress we tried on was very special and unlike what we had seen in the previous 7 bridal stores.En Blanc is by appointment only, one bride at a time. It is not a pushy atmosphere and we were able to take our time and try on lots of dresses. My daughter ended up purchasing a dress from Amy who was lovely to work with and very knowledgeable about wedding dresses. It was a truly a wonderful experience!

En Blanc was magical. Bridget and her team are incredible. I started with Bridget when she was in her house about 15 months before my wedding... then she moved to a new spot on Main Street and then finally was in her brand new GORGEOUS location. Bridget was the first person I went to and she made me feel so comfortable right away. I went to a few other places but in my mind knew I ultimately had to come back to EnBlanc. Bridget and her team just get it and have the most gorgeous perfect gowns curated at their store. My dress was so special and unique. I felt like a princess on my wedding day. If you live in LA and are engaged go to ENBLANC and if you live somewhere else still go there. You will leave with the dress of your dreams.

This was hands down the best experience I had during the entire wedding planning process. Their selection is amazing, very fashion forward and different than all the other bridal shops around town that we went to. I kept seeing the same stuff everywhere else but here. my family and i were treated like royalty. we had the best one-on-one service ever! and i walked out feeling so happy and beautiful in the dress i chose for my big day! A happy bride makes for a happy groom. My (now) wife had been looking for the right dress for what seemed like forever. We live on the west side but none of the bridal shops she visited had what she was looking for. Then she came across this shop which I think is fairly new to the area and helped to end the hunt that I was beginning to fear would never end. In the end she not only finally found a dress she loved, but two of them!The icing on the cake was how well they handled the moms. They were made to feel really engaged in the process which made things so much easier for the rest of us. In addition, it was great that my wife didnt have to share the space with any other brides (and their entourages) and could get a lot more personal focus.Overall I couldnt recommend En Blanc more highly for their fantastic service and the best selection of wedding dresses on the west side of LA.
